When the internet is working it's decent service. But, like typical American companies profit is what matters and not quality of service, product provided. This is very evident with Spectrum. Internet is constantly having outages. And, why this grease ball of a company is constantly sending a text to let us know of yet another outage.
Spectrum should stop trying to upgrade and focus on making work what they have already built and then move forward.
Focus on quality of service and make it work as advertised and the profit with naturally come. Or, get workers with more than a 2 banana IQ and not the cheapest you can find in the name of profit.

Horrible customer service. Rude, provided no options or alternate solutions to a simple problem that was then fixed after self research.

They are trying to charge for personnel equipment having to provide receipt for personal modem router. Since provided ones could not offer 30gb on 1000gb service

Carlos is a super professional employ. I work in service industry also and he blew my mind. I was there for more than two hours and never once did I see him lose his cool or seem hurried and harassed. I think everyone in that day left.feeling very please and satisfied. This man is going to go far. He was really amazing.

When I got to store 5/6 customers in front and more behind. Carlos was the only one working and he was amazing. While taking care of each quest he greeted everyone that came asked what he could doAnswered each yes I can or suggested an alternative better option. Never once lost his smile or acted as if he was hurrying to get to next quest. He spent the time with each quest until they were reallysatisfied
