Wonderful place with wonderful people. They are so helpful. There are huge showrooms and a massive supply of options. They carry beautiful, high quality options for all sorts of tile, prefab countertops, slabs. The pricing is competitive and the customer service takes it over the top.

The BEST customer service ever! Randy was terrific; very helpful, knowledgeable, and PATIENT (l was overwhelmed by all the options of trim, accent tile, etc.). I made a major score on a clearance-sale marble countertop, plus a HUGELY (80+%) discounted polished and chiseled travertine sink basin. The savings helped me justify springing for the expensive trim tile I fell in love with that I otherwise would've had to pass on. My new bathroom looks like a million bucks! I'll never shop anywhere else for tile or stone.

I really wanted to write an amazing review for this company but now I'm just frustrated with them. I should have gone to granite planet for the same price if I knew I was going to be in a mess. So apparently pre-fab islands are not completely finished. So get ready to receive your items and one side not finished. So if you were installing yourself you will need a fabricator. The ONLY reason we went here over somewhere else is because the island slab was the perfect size so we wouldn't have needed a fabricator. So much for that idea. Once we received a phone call after calling to ask why it wasn't finished, the gal mentioned that "peninsulas" are not fully finished yet when we were purchasing they were calling it an island...two different things. Regardless the solution she came up with was for us to pay a fabricator to finish the end that they originally said would be done. We were already told earlier in the day that that was it and how it came so we found a fabricator to do it for us before they gave us another phone call. End result we are out another 1,000+ to finish counters instead of being able to do them ourselves like we had planned. Miscommunication on a trainee was the excuse but I don't think that was it. And they wouldn't credit us any money to fix it. I would have to say the gentleman that helped us was very nice initially and didn't try to upsell us but left out a major detail causing us to fork out much more than we planned. Overall I wouldn't recommend. I would go elsewhere!

We had a great experience with Sparks tile and stone. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable, everyone worked together to get our tile jobs completed in a timely manner. We love our new entry tile and our backsplash for our home. I was surprised how fast and easy they were to work with and how many great choices of tile and stone they have with great prices.

Ordered 2 boxes of tiles (Rainier 1500) on 10/13/20 and paid $85 freight charges and the invoice stated that (extra) freight charge was to “get it here by Friday” (10/16/20). The tiles DID NOT arrive on Friday and didn’t arrive until 3:30 Monday afternoon.I then had to pay an additional $27.31 because the supplier had changed the number of tiles in each box.... no adjustment was offered.When I complained about the delay, and that there was no relief, I was told that the shipping cost was “what Sparks Tile paid” and there was nothing that could be done.I had a retail store in Reno years ago and for $85 I would never have had a customer walk away angry.This town is too small for disappointing service.TLP (10/21/2020)
