Smokin Ray’s is absolutely amazing! I mean I know there’s a gazillion and smoke shops all over the place to choose from, but I will always give my business to Smokin Rays because not only is the selection great, they always have everything that I need! But the staff is super awesome. Super , knowledgeable and helpful. Eric runs the one here in Sparks by my house, and he hooked me up really nicely today went above and beyond and helped me out when he did not have to and I really really appreciate him for that! So go shop at smokin, Ray’s, you will not regret it!!!

This is my store! I've been coming here since moving back to the area. Erik is the manager of this store and he's now my official "vape guy". Dude can fix anything. And I love that him and the other employees are so knowledgeable about their products.Did you know they used to tell a joke when you'd call? A new one each day! Let's bring that back, Ray's, yeah??! :)

I walked in and was never greeted by the employee. I spoke to him and he didn't even reply to me. I see no reason to buy anything from an establishment that treats its customers that way. I also see no reason to ever return. Just avoid this place.

Anytime I go into the store the people there are always friendly, and helpful I just bought some vapes and stuff there and hit them in the store to make sure they worked and one of them didn’t work I said that she immediately took it back , opened a new box and gave me a new one that worked love this store will definitely be coming back

Not 100% honest with their customersThey give useful tips but not 100% honest . WATCH OUT FOR SALESMEN /saleswomen . GO WITH YOUR GUT. I bought two smok products. Both work perfectly fine . Tips were given after I bought my second device .

Over priced knock off glass. Staff does not know what there talking about. They refuse to acknowledge customer. They add some weird fee to my purchase's sale price did not reflect sticker price at all. They refused to provide reciept. Are aknowledge sticker price to sales price, this is by far the worst smoke shop in reno. Do NOT BUY HERE. especially if its a emergency.

So this place has the most worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I bought 6 disposable pens the girl told me to test one out to see if I liked it and it did not work so she replaced it in the store. I bought 5 other pins got home 1 of them didnt not work.. So I called Hope the manager at the Mona location and told her the situation and she's telling me they cannot replace it . That is the most asinine crazy stupid customer service rule of ever heard of my life. The girl that works there did not Tell me I needed to test out the pins before I go because they are final sale.. So because of their employees makes mistakes I am suffering... This place has the worst customer service in the world..I've never been treated like this...Its insane... You cannot take people's money and not tell them it's not final sale... That is wrong wrong wrong...So if you go here make sure you test everything out before you leave the store or you will be screwed.....WOW THEY ARE CROOKS FO REAL..

I was in the Smokin' Rays shop on Vista on Wednesday afternoon for a few supplies. The woman behind the counter, I did not catch her name, was awesome. Great customer service! This is the level of customer service I want each of my customer's to receive whether they be on the phone or in person at my counter. Thank You! Great Job!

Pretty cool shop but I paid $40 for the Rolo Smok, brought it home and it was faulty. Didn’t charge and a piece was disconnected.They didn’t let me exchange it for a new one. Just sucks to be me I guess.
