Shopped here for many years. Sales receipt showed even though I use digital coupons faithfully; some items were rung up full price anyway. The gal at courtesy counter was unfriendly and told me I'd have to go take pictures of the items I was overcharged. I'm 75 years old and disabled. I told her to just forget it!! Your store got by with $11. Of my money and I'm on a strict budget. I told her I will never shop here again

Came in quick around 315 today to pick up couple things in the self check out . Had the machine facing an office and I had to watch some older heavy employee down talk a younger one. Belittling him out in the open over something spilling in that office that looked like milk . Younger employee went to get clean up material and this boss type guy was snapping at him to hurry up , to “come here” making sarcastic comment to this young kid. “ Thats why I told you to hurry up didn’t I” those were the words said out in the open floor and immidiately I should have gone and said something , but I didn’t. If that was my son and a higher positioned employee of any title was to talk to him in that way, I would have absolutely escalated that . That was un called for , unprofessional , and I hope the young employee speaks up about that

Ryan the manager was very unprofessional when dealing with a incident that occured this evening along with a customer trying to start a fight with someone there. They didn't do a thing about it but watch the fight almost breakout.

Their "manager" Erick should be fired or demoted. He is both unprofessional and has no emotional control. Ive already complained to corporate and will continue to do so until something is done.
The guy yelled curse words at me, was belittling, litteraly GROWLED at me at one point, and said "boo hoo" about my stuff being stolen on a prior visit.
I had my bicycle vandalized and items stolen from it because they put the bike rack in a spot around the corner from the entrance where there are no cameras. Because of that, I started parking my bike inside the store's foyer, behind the cart coral.
Apparently, they have a young kid on the spectrum working the carts. This is only relevant because this kid tried hassling me about where I parked my bike, despite it being out of the way and behind the cart corral, and my having parked it there for over 8 months since the prior inccident.
I told him to stop hassling me and go tell his manager if he had a problem. He went to tell his manager, who ended up being the same Erick.
I happened to be getting a money order which is right where they were standing and talking about me. I said "thats too bad" towards them both, which is what Erick had previously mockingly told me about my stuff being stolen. Erick had not even pretended to feel bad when $40-$60 worth of equipment was stolen, so I was repeating his callous phrase back to him.
Erick immediately got really angry and started saying that I could leave the store. I told him no, I came to get a money order and have done nothing wrong. This Erick has so little self control that he growled out of frustration saying, "Grrrrrr.....He is on the spectrum, and I cant believe you treated him that way" to which I responded that he hadnt witnessed our interaction, which amounted to me telling him to stop hassling me, and that there was no way for me to know the kid was on the spectrum, nor is it something I should have to consider in such a situation.
I also mentioned that the reason I was parking my bike there was because their rack allowed my stuff to be stolen and that he was the same person Id told about it to which he replied "boohoo."
This manager actually had the nerve to respond with "boohoo" about a customer having stuff stolen on their property.
I just got the money order and decided to do my other shopping elsewhere, but as I was leaving to the parking lot, I realized I needed his name in order to complain to corporate, so I came back inside the foyer to look at his name tag and he immediately went psycho and started yelling "I already was nice enough to still give you a money order, why are you still here? Leave! Get the f**k out of here!" and continued yelling loud curse words in front of other customers, saying "I dont give a s**t, get the f**k out of here" when I informed him that I came back to look at his tag to complain to corporate.
This location has a real problem with employees being nasty and INCREDIBLY unprofessional and it comes down to management.

Smith’s is the place where we do most of our family’s grocery shopping. It is a large store and has a very good inventory. I think the produce is particularly nice there. The personnel are the best part though - they are very friendly and helpful!

The two old ladies that work at checkout love to assume alternative looking people shop lift. Constantly making mocking comments under their breath or trying to rescan my items without asking if I scanned it. The worst customer service I've ever delt with at a store.

2024 UPDATE: Minus 2 stars... Grocery pick-up service at this location has been going downhill steadily the last couple of years. There were errors on 7 out of my last 8 pick-up orders. The people who pick the groceries often choose the wrong items, miss items all together, make substitutions without communicating them to the customer, and in some cases choose rotten or expired products. Very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend until management improves and gets this team working efficiently again.
2019 Review: I’ve been shopping at this location for five years now, and using the grocery pick-up option ever since it first became available a few years back. All the employees I’ve dealt with have been friendly, professional, and very helpful. Extra kudos to Mitchell, Stuart, and Yoli, who are all superstars at handling my pick up orders. They make grocery shopping a pleasure.
