Here the thing my granddaughter ordered a new bedroom set from here when they delivered it the large dresser was damaged on the top of it the owner said he would replace it but wants to charge her for delivery and pick up.So nooooooopppp she didn't damage it so why should she pay for it ? The owner needs to make this right don't make her pay for something she didn't do if he doesn't I will call better business bureau

Tim was great, he worked with us to find the bedroom set we really wanted and even did his best to price match to an online price I found. I was a bit worried since I couldn’t see it in person and am usually quite picky with my style. The set came in quick and he was quick to deliver it to our house even with all the ice we had. Everything in the set was in perfect condition and I would definitely purchase from him again. We love it!

We just got home with our brand new set of couches and absolutely LOVE them! After having an horrible experience with Ashley furniture we found Tim's ads on Facebook and reached out immediately. He responded quickly and set us an appt to go look around his shop. He was super helpful and had great customer service. He gave us an estimated 10 days for delivery but called us on the 5th day to let us know our furniture had arrived! On top of everything the prices are unbeatable, half of what we were going to pay at Ashley's! We will tell everyone we know about Silver state furniture and our amazing experience! Thank you Tim and we'll definitely be returning customers!

Following and Replying to Justin Z's review. I was NOT happy with my purchase here so you can let me speak for myself. The nightstand was damaged on the top right hand corner NOT the leg, if you listened to the many phone calls during your very minimal business hours you would remember that. I ordered this furniture and was told I could get delivery turns out I couldn't. I am 7 months pregnant and told by the owner that I was to pick up the furniture and deliver it myself! I had my brother help me where the employee was extremely rude to him and the owner denied it even though he wasn't there. I then got the furniture damaged, the owner wanted me to pay extra to come and get the broken one and it took several conversations to finally get him to give me a refund. My father had to call before he was willing to do that, so that's also false. He was rude, raised his voice and had a defensive attitude and response to EVERYTHING. He told my father it wasn't his responsibility to come and get the old one and that I should have to then go out of my way again, a 20 minute drive, and put myself in danger to do so. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This is the photo of the "minimal damage". A nightstand that is $110 best not come with a giant chunk taken out of it.

Tim, the owner tried to hustle me. We first conversed on Facebook, where he gave me a price. He then gave me his website, where he confirmed the prices on the site were accurate. Upon arriving to the store, he raised the price about 25%. When I asked if the prices on the site were correct, he said the prices went up. All this in a matter of 2 hours. This is why people don't shop locally, because if experiences like this

I worked with Tim front office of Silver State Furniture-- and had a GREAT experience. He was Knowledgeable-honest and I ordered a great mattress (that is super quality and firm but has the top layer soft memory foam too).. for much less than would have cost elsewhere! I got the mattress delivered Fed-ex to my door within 3 days. Which at this time with so many long waits for products to arrive-- I was very happy with! Tim also helped me select a sturdy and practical platform base for the mattress that I got to take with me the same day I'd gone in to check out mattresses. I will be definitely be going back to check on possible dressers he had there (on clearance) too ~. Arlyn Maffi

This company is a complete scam. I wish I could post the correspondence I had today between with the owner. I saw his fake ad on Facebook and spotted it immediately as fake. It’s my job to report companies like this. I have a formal report going forward to the better business bureau and to the Nevada attorney generals office. They are advertising no credit financing and are advertising high quality furniture at a fraction of the true market value just to draw in people to take advantage of. PLEASE BE AWARE.
