“The StorQuest in Sparks NV made our move from Arizona to Nevada less stressful for me. We were lucky to find a huge unit with another smaller one very close to the huge one if we needed it. Unfortunately we needed it. The property manager Marie was a wonder with helping us last minute. The moving truck was 75 feet long. It needed straight in and straight out trajectory. Marie made it happen! Thank you StorQuest for helping us store our home goods until our home is finished!”

“I am not a tenant here but the employees here were very professional. The staff is bilingual which is beneficial for people who are more comfortable speaking in Spanish. They have a great security system and an onsite live in employee which helps lower paranoia or anxiety for the safety of our belongings. Also, they have great prices as well. After I asked about current promotions, she mentioned to me that significantly made a difference. The only problem that I have is that the 5x10 unit that I looked at has cables across the the top of the unit which could decrease the storage capacity by a bit. Overall great storage unit. I repeat I am not a tenant, but I am a potential tenant. 4.3 out of 5”

I’m thrilled to say they now have Tori running the place and business is back to five stars all around!! I’m out of state and Tori has gone above and beyond to help me with my questions and concerns. She’s responsive, professional, kind and super helpful. In a world where customer service seems to be falling apart, this company has hired the gem in the pile of rocks that seems to be out there! She's always accessible handles any issue that you have immediately and I mean immediately and I'm pretty sure she has quite a few customers. . “This place is amazing, but it was hard to get a unit the size I wanted. Yet, after comparing to another storage place that was further away, I would pay the same price at this place for a 10 x 20 as I would for a 10 x 10 elsewhere. So, I got a 10 x 20 since that was available.It was clean, the guy that helped me was really nice, and I like the system for security. I think the location is good and so far it has been easy to access.”

“Love, love, love this place! The staff is, hands down, amazing! We have two units, one for our RV and another for our business. If we pull our RV for anything they are calling within the day to make sure we have it. Everything is watched by surveillance. The price is beyond comparison. For two units we pay a very reasonable price. Compares to prices we've paid in the Midwest. Whether it is for RV spots or storage units they have it all and we were so lucky to find this place. While it may be a little out of the way from our location it is worth everything to know that our stuff is in good hands.”

“If it were not for saying they had to get the truck from Oddie and U-Haul Corporate (or the Oddie Location Itself) telling us to bring the truck back to THEIR location and giving us a bunch of bullshit lip and attitude (U-Haul Oddie) when we did what they told us on the phone - which conflicted what I was told here. They even invluded the Dolly, something the guys at the U-Haul on El Rancho forgot when we moved here 5 years ago. I arrived before they opened and picked up the truck fairly quick despite being told it was at the "Oddie Location down the street". It had 3/4th tank of gas in it, and the price was great. The truck had a couple flaws - you had to really slam the driver's door to shut it, and the rain gutter on one side seemed to be bent, but that's nothing considering the truck was clean, nice,w orked, and was surprisingly good on gas, especially dealing with the idiots who drive I-80 like they are in the Monte Carlo Grand Prix. After an argument with the idiots at Oddie, who gave us a lot of attitude the minute we showed up, kept misinforming us on repeat of the wrong location. I returned the truck here and it was easy as can be, and the price was better than I expected or what Oddie/CORP U_haul was quoting us. So yeah, I'd rent from these guys again.”

“We needed a inexpensive option to move a fridge from house to house.I found the 4x7 online with Uhaul for $15. When I got there it was empty and was helped by Heather.She got me setup with a flat 4 plug converter, appliance dolly and trailer for cheap. She helped me get a trailer with a ramp gate (motorcycle trailer). It worked great and easy.Trailer was light enough I could maneuver manually without the truck.I dropped it off early morning next day and the whole process took me 5 minutes.Would return, I appreciated Heathers help.”
