Secondary update- Michael from American Freight called me & refunded me $110. for my disappointing experience with the delivery service. REALLY appreciate that, that is good customer service. Thank you!
*update* the “3rd party delivery” they use is AWFUL! 1 guy came w his dog in an old van w my couch jammed in the back with a bunch of junk. I had to physical help him disassemble my couch and carry it up the stairs w him. What a joke for $120. I’d like half of my delivery fee back. American freight was very misleading about what this “3rd party delivery company” is actually capable of and not capable of.

This is a great spot for discounted furniture that is actually COMFORTABLE! Dennis greeted me right upon entering & quickly helped me find my new couch! I cannot wait for it to be delivered. I purchased an L shape sectional for $599. Say whatttt! I’m happy, thanks American Freight.

If I could minus stars I would. BEWARE DONT PURCHASE FROM HERE. The sales team were fantastic and I thought the delivery was okay as well untill I realized that we had issues with 3 of the appliances. We had bought ALL new appliances plus washer and dryer. That was where the problem came. The manager Michael was awful and basically said I can pay to bring them back or go through a length of time to reach out to the manufacturer to get the help needed and they don't even have our info yet to schedule that because it takes a few days/ little while he stated. He was not personable nor even pretended to care at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid. It's just not worth it. The excitement of new appliances and we were even planning on buying more from them is now a clusterball and stressful. No one needs a headache like this and to get punished for spending money on nessassary things for the home.

Good prices but customer service is the worst. They offer delivery so I paid the delivery fee. They promised me a time and date and they didn't show up. I called and they rescheduled it for next day. Again, they didn't show up and when I called to ask they were super rude. They told me that they have no control over delivery because it is a third party delivery service and if I want all they can do is cancel my order!
