Have used Sargents for repairs and to purchase new and used appliances. Not only has their customers service been great, but their repair service has been amazing as well. I appreciate each interaction for they have always been super helpful with information and answering all my questions.

They rebuilt my old washer which I really liked so I can use it for another 10 years.A couple issues were resolved very well by their service team.Kevin came out for a final check and resolved a loose electric plug. Now it works like new. We are so happy.

Phenomenal customer service. From the time I called to schedule until Kevin showed up at our house to help with our LG washer. Very reliable, reasonable cost, totally upfront and honest. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

My lower element of my older oven stopped working and was concerned that it might be something electrical, not just an old/bad element. Technician Kevin was great and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem! He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak to as well. I also appreciated how he was honest with me and I got a feeling that he was not there to up-charge me or hastily recommend I just get a new appliance. Th call fee was reasonable too - it included the diagnosis and fixing of the issue. Had I needed new parts, I think there would be an extra fee.Thanks for your help! We greatly appreciated it.

Super knowledgeable over the phone.I told them the brand, and they already knew what the problem was as its a common issue. Everyone else wanted $100-$150 just to take a look and provide the same information.

I had an excellent experience with Sargents Appliance repairman Kevin. He is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the part on my Samsung dryer that needed replacing and had the exact right part with him! He installed the new part and the dryer works perfectly!I highly recommend their service.
