The best staff ever. I've been to several pharmacies throughout the years. I drive almost 20 minutes each way to this pharmacy. It's well worth it. Being treated with compassion, respect and they ALL go well above and beyond the call of duty. Great job pharmacy manager! Great job everyone and thank you for always being so wonderful.

Awful customer service.I was looking for an item and she said if I don't see it on any of the shelves they don't have it, even though it says in stock online, and dismissed me. I also waited patiently in line to ask so I didn't disrupt their-- sticker organizing and white board wiping?Maybe walk a few steps around your counter to help me find it? Since you are familiar with your store and layout?Unbelievable

Every time i need a prescription filled they notify me it’s ready to pick up. I get there and the prescription is not filled/ not ready, please wait. Very Disappointing. This happens at least every 3 visits if not every other visit.

Pharmacist was wonderful, however Nikki, the clerk working the counter is lacking customer service skills ... she seriously could not be more condescending or unkind. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE DELI AT THIS STORE THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE RACIST THEY DO NOT LIKE TO HELP AFRICAN AMERICANS AT ALL . THEY NEED TO ALL GO BACK TO TRAINING . IT IS 2023 AND THIS IS STILL GOING ON AT A MAJOR CHAIN STORE . THIS WILL BE GOING TO THE BBB!

Allie is the most compassionate professional I've met in a long time. For anyone leaving bad reviews for this parmacy, I just want to ask if you took a second to see how their day was going. Humanity goes both ways and the level of patience and true medical help I got from this pharmacy was above and beyond because of Allie.I showed up to get my booster. The third party staff responsible to administer had bailed and the poor pharmacy staff was left to deal with the wrath of disgruntled customers. On top of this, the pharmacy also had their own staff call out. Understandably a frustrating situation for anyone in the workforce. Allie came in early and did it with a smile to cover their shifts. (I'm sure she wasn't stoked but she never showed it). Due to medical issues that cause me confusion when I'm in social situations, she intuitively called and set up an appointment for me at another location.She also made sure I found the best discount available for a medication I needed and even made a bunch of calls to find a replacement med that wouldn't make me sick. Why? Because she's in the business of helping people. My gratitude couldn't be greater! You never know how far a bit of kindness will go. For me, Allie from Safeway made my month.This pharmacy cares. You can count on them. Trustworthy. Honest. 5 stars.

Normally the pharmacy staff in sparks is beyond kind and helpful, but when I brought my elderly father who is on a fixed income with no prescription insurance in a few days ago a woman name Cheyenne (spelled differently) "assisted" us. She was extremely rude and straight up refused to look up good rx prices which they usually honor. I was in shock, probably should have asked for a manager. We had to go elsewhere.

Four days in a row I called and went to the pharmacy to pick up two medications. The first day I was told that they did not have enough of one of the medication's. I said I would return to pick them both up. The next day their computers were down they said I could not pick up anything. The third day I was told that their cash register wasn't functioning and I could not pick my medication's up then. I stopped by later on that day and their cash register still wasn't functioning. A woman that worked there offered to walk me to the front of the store so they could ring me up there. When I got home one of the medication's was not in the bag. I have knees that are in braces due to strains. Went back this morning called them from the parking lot and they told me I already picked up both my medication's. When I went in there to talk with the pharmacist he told me that I picked it up. I insisted I had not. He then found it on the shelf holding my medication in his hand he told me well you picked it up already. He then proceeded to ring up some man that came in after me. He told me I'm not going to hurry just because you're standing there. There was no apology for their mistakes which caused me to have to visit the pharmacy four times in three days to pick up my medication.

A couple awesome employees from this Safeway pharmacy came out to my workplace for a vaccine clinic recently. I needed my flu vaccine and a covid booster, but I had lost my vaccination card. These guys made some calls to find details of my previous vaccines, made me a new vaccine card, and got me boostered in a really timely fashion. They were really nice and easy to work with. The gentleman administering the vaccines did a great job, I barely felt them! Thanks Safeway pharmacy, your staff is awesome and I really appreciate the service provided.
