I realize the cost of everything is up. But $8 for a salad that has 1/2 egg, maybe 2 oz of chicken, and 2 little tomatoes. Boo!

An every day hero works here.
This morning, I noticed a boy around 12-years-old leaving the store on his scooter with a Raleys bag balanced on it. In the parking lot, the bag fell and the donuts spilled out of their box onto the ground. The boy burst into tears, and a gentleman who works at Raleys quickly ran over telling him “Everything is going to be OK, Buddy.” He picked up the bag and the donuts, and replaced everything for the boy for free. I witnessed a kindness I will never forget, and I’ll bet that boy won’t either.

Best customer service EVER! Raley’s has the best produce and meat in the area so we prefer to get those items here. We had an issue using our coupon on Sunday and Chaney was so helpful. He helped us remedy the situation today and I have never had such a great experience getting help with something like this at a store. Quick to respond, easy to talk with, friendly and his employees seem to like him as well!

Lady who works in the day and night with the beanie and glasses almost always has a bad attitude and does not treat the customers nicely, watch out if you need to make a last minute stop at this Raleys and they close within the hour because they treat you like trash for needing groceries before going home at night, even if you use self checkout they still give dirty looks and if you go in after that experience they hate you for no reason. Probably going to stick with going to winco since this Raleys is very unwelcoming and terrible to their customers.

Raleys is close to where I live. If in something quick I'll go there. However, they are high priced and the quality on the fruits and vegetables aren't the best like you would think.

Raley's hosted a killer event last week in their liquor department featuring about 10 different barrels they've picked across a range of brands. The lineup was impressive and the samples free flowing, making it a great opportunity to discover some new brands and expressions, as well as put their picker's palates to the test. I must say, they did an excellent job selecting some unique barrels and I found quite a few to love that have landed on my wish list.Seeing Jeff Kilbourn, spirits department manager, in action was awesome. He was out shaking hands, welcoming guests, and keeping track of the favorites from the crowd. He was building some great whiskey community around all of these picks and I loved meeting local spirits fans too. Doing this more often would be a great way to bring more attention to his already well put together program at this store! I hope to see many more of these events in the future. Great job Raley's and Jeff!
