An every day hero works here.
This morning, I noticed a boy around 12-years-old leaving the store on his scooter with a Raleys bag balanced on it. In the parking lot, the bag fell and the donuts spilled out of their box onto the ground. The boy burst into tears, and a gentleman who works at Raleys quickly ran over telling him “Everything is going to be OK, Buddy.” He picked up the bag and the donuts, and replaced everything for the boy for free. I witnessed a kindness I will never forget, and I’ll bet that boy won’t either.

Best customer service EVER! Raley’s has the best produce and meat in the area so we prefer to get those items here. We had an issue using our coupon on Sunday and Chaney was so helpful. He helped us remedy the situation today and I have never had such a great experience getting help with something like this at a store. Quick to respond, easy to talk with, friendly and his employees seem to like him as well!
