Would not recommend getting their pre-made / prepared meals. They are overpriced for what you are getting, and you still have to cook everything off. The turkey itself still had ice inside of it, and then the sides still had to be made and cooked up. The reason I bought this was not to have to do anything because the wife has a broken arm and ribs and was not in any shape to be cooking at this level.I will never be back to this store or any other Raleys again.What a shame, Raleys shame on you ?

Best pharmacy I've used yet. They always answer the phone quickly and they're always very nice and helpful. Other pharmacys around the area are rude, never answer the phone, and in general don't care about the wellbeing of their customers, which I find disgusting.

Giavani (I very likely spelt this wrong), changed my entire experience at this pharmacy. I was in a crazy game on phone tag trying to sort things out, and in less than 5min on the phone he sorted the whole thing. Ask for him, he's the best. Should be easy since he's the only guy there!

Home delivery was an epic fail! They delivered 2 of 8 items, late. I pd 15% tip which was $15 on my $100 order. They still took the $15 tip on what ended up being a $20 order and tried to tell me there was nothing they can do.... I also know the store well and did not believe the rest of the items were unavailable. Bradi spoke to Mario the manager and said I had checked no substitutions. I went to the store and got 4 of the remaining 6 they said were out of stock - no subs - exactly what Id ordered! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I asked for Mario and he tried to tell me the chix have been put out since - the box was marked 10:30!! (10-11 window) I'm 10 min away and driver was late - I even responded to the text saying they'd be late that it was okay bc I know chix aren't always out by 10:30... When Mario came out from the back and I showed him the cart, I asked it they just stocked the ice cream (exactly what I ordered) and filet mignon steaks in the half hour since they sent my order out??? He couldn't answer and said to call corporate (which I had said on the phone I'd be doing) he wasn't gonna stand there and be yelled at. I was NOT yelling but I get him needing to walk away as he looked ridiculous trying to continue telling me items weren't available... I called the 800 number back on the order and they reversed the tip easily but Clare totally disregarded that fact that they lied about what was available and were in fact just too LAZY or incompetent to fill it?!? This was my first and LAST home delivery with Raleys - hope I can spare others the same experience!

I received a text to refill my prescription. It had been 3 days and I did not receive a text saying my prescription was ready. I called and was told they were out of my medication. No one called me letting me know this and then when I called they really couldn't tell me when it would be ready. This is unacceptable. I have made other arrangements to receive my prescriptions.

I had 3 prescriptions to get filled and Raley's was already closed so I dropped them a Walgreens. I went to pick them up and it was $40. One of them was for ibuprofen for crying out loud. I had them give me back the scripts and went to Raley's the next morning and it was $9.

Raley's eCart delivery is the worst service. I'm never using it again. We tried it for the first time and 1/3 of our order was MISSING yet we were charged for it. So about $100 worth of items just not there. And we received apples that were bruised and peppers that were literally rotten. Not usable. Not sure if there are better services, but Raley's is a FAIL. I'll probably never shop Raley's again.

For the pick-up service (ECART): Arranged for pick up on line and was notified to come three days later. Showed up at the appointed time and waited two hours and forty minutes. Some people who showed later got their orders while I was waiting many others were waiting, too. Raley's Manager was contacted to complain and he explained that they sub-contract the pick up service, so Raley's wasn't responsible for the delay. They could have notified me to come later! I ordered 14 items. They did not fill 3 of the items and they substituted 3 items, without letting me know in advance. 1 item, which I did not order, was listed on the receipt but not found in our order bag. They did NOT notify me in advance that they were making substitutions so I could approve or refuse them. The cost of this "service' was $5.95. Plus the $5.00 for the item I did not receive. For a $35.00 order! Get a better sub-contractor Raley's!

I've stopped by this store many times because it's on my way home from several places I frequently visit. The store has always been clean and well-stocked. The parking lot could use some work, but that's my only complaint.

This was a nice place to stop for a quick trip! Very clean, well organized, and well stocked. It wasn't crowded when I want in so it made for a fast stop and was easy to grab my small list of what I needed plus some extras. I'd stop in again for when I only have a small list or need to make a quick trip. It's not as affordable as somewhere like WinCo where I will continue to do my major shopping, but this Raley's is definitely less stressful.

I Love the ease and convenience of this store. For the most part the quality is great. I was horrifically surprised however, that the Raley's Deli, pumpkin pies we purchased for Thanksgiving, didn't have the same quality crust as the quiches we have come to love. They were awful, and reminded me of a tough dog biscuit. I needed a hacksaw to cut through it. The custard was the only edible portion of the pie. Use the same pie crust as the quiche and you'll have a winner!

Probably my favorite major grocery store. Their shelves are pretty well stocked and the employees are helpful when you need something. Great wine selection, too! I would agree that this is one of the pricier stores so I usually don't buy my dry goods/detergent/etc here. But you cant beat the quality of their meat and produce!

I shop here frequently and love this store. 5 stars for the great quality produce, meats and groceries. Prices are a bit high, but for the most part, good value. The store is clean and attractively laid out. The staff is pleasant and helpful so five stars for them as well. BUT someone needs to talk to Corporate about their bathrooms. With the money that Raley's makes from their higher prices, they can certainly afford to deodorize their restrooms. I walked into the Ladies' today, and my face nearly turned green from the stench. Please someone, call Corporate so I won't have to!

Thanks Austin for going above and beyond by checking our eggs before bagging them! We would've gone home with quite a mess! And as soon as he ran to get us a new one another member of the team Adrian noticed this and took over bagging! How lovely! We love this Raley's anyways but today's service absolutely stood out in my mind as stellar :)

Ordered 2 cases of roasted Green Chile, show up to pick them up, they were not ready. Asked if we could wait til the next day, said ok, they called and said they sold them to someone else. Ordered same thing at Golden Valley store, called to see if they were ready, they said sorry, but we might only be able to give you 1, maybe. I like Raley's , but you need to do something about the Green Chile situation. I know they are becoming popular, but is that really an excuse for failing to fill the order?
