Rail city casino is not a good place to work they not only discriminate people by their color but they also over work their employees I gave my heart and soul to this company for 2 years never had an chance to have a break in life while others get to call in all the time and not receive any pto after being there for so long they pick and choose who they want there who they want to help and it's not a good environment for work the upper management and human resources are very inconsiderate to hard working people and show favoritism to their own kind of people no appreciation for your hard work don't work here with respect jd

It's not the most quality casino in town, however these days I'm just greatful it's still up & running!
So let's just consider this place a " little old school".
I haven't spent much time here the past 15 years I've lived in town but the few times I have visited, I've had decent experiences.
The staff has been kind & helpful the few times I've interacted with them.
They also have a cool night shift bartender. I like the guy, he's always been good to me!!
In summary, thanks for staying open and keeping gaming going in Reno. Much appreciated!!

I came in on a Sunday morning around 1AM and played for about an hour but I did not see one cocktail waitress.
The main cage was closed, the bar was empty and only encountered two slot technicians and two security guards, maybe 30 people playing slots at most.
The Cafe is nonexistent, no more table games and the Ale House has changed their menu. This place has definitely gone down hill from what it was 10-15 years ago.
