Jen and Jennifer are both two horrible and rude people. Not too sure they know what customer service actually is. I asked for my dog to get his medicine and they absolutely did not give it to him. Then they want to get an attitude with ME when I am upset. Save your dogs and save your stress. Find a different vet hospital/ boarding.

Today I had appointment for my female dog that THEY FIXED on April 12th. After surgery I had to take her back down because her nipples swelled up. They told me they tested the fluid inside and it was all good. Now 3/4 weeks after that she started putting on weight. I know some dogs gain weight after being fixed. But she just
Kept getting bigger. Well now she looks like she's about to give birth to puppies. Went there today for 8am left there around 1030. Over $700 on testing, blood work, xrays and more testing. I left there not knowing what is wrong with my dog! They also want me to get more testing done for another $700-$900. Oh best part is the doctor told me they took a tumor off my dog and no one told me when I picked her up from surgery ! But she was suppose to find out if it was during the surgery or when I brought her back to have her nipples looked at! I don't care about paying for my animals. But I should of not paid that much to get no answers! Needless to say I'm not letting the vets in Reno over charge me anymore. I will start speaking up more because we are our animals voices. The vets in Reno need to do better and stop over charging people with their animals! Today was ridiculous and over $700 and no answers is mind blowing! So just beware ! Back to finding a different vet !

I just called to get my dogs registered here because I hear great things. The lady on the phone was already so rude. I'm definitely not dealing with being treated like that just from talking to a receptionist. No thank you!

Very affordable vet care. Your first visit wait time may be a bit but after your pet establishes care it's a lot faster.

Would not recommend,
If you really love your pet.
Techs are not properly trained.
Received misinformation on meds. Also very rude person at the counter. More worried about my bill than my pet.
Had to put my dog down at another vet in March. Just received test results from January yesterday in the mail.
But if you buy their products,
Who knows they might give you better service. Will never use this incompetent POS vet again. And to those that do.

Not only did they take excellent care of Midnight Ink, they treated me with the utmost kindness and respect! Thank you so much for going out of your way to make me feel like I wasn't a nusense and printing out the instructions for me on how to get to Smith's. I had a lovely time there. My card didn't work, so I had to go to the bank. She printed out those instructions too. I was going to walk there and one of the patient's owner, took me there and back. I put a lot of steps on my phone app, too! Thank you very much!

I got my cat fixed here today, and they did an amazing job! All the staff is super friendly as well, and I'm super happy I chose to come here for my fur baby!
