Check out my New Yelp Review on Pulmonary Solutions Las Vegas on 6-14-23.This company has incorrectly sent me the wrong hose for my ResMed air sense 10 unit twice. Because I didn’t check the second one before I needed to use it it’s been a year and a half. They told me they cannot replace a hose that was ordered a year and a half ago and I told him it’s brand new never taken it out of the package and it doesn’t fit my machine. They have failed to call me back to tell me what they’re going to do as far as getting me the correct hose. This is the third time I needed to contact me to send the correct hose. Totally inept customer service.

I was referred to this company because they were listed as accepting my insurance. They received my prescription and told me they were on my insurance. It turned out they were not on my insurance and rather than telling me that they just didn't send my medical supplies and didn't bother to call or write me. I really think customer service is the last thing on this company's mind.

Dr. ordered a new ASV machine from PS. When I got there I noticed the machine they were setting up for me was dirty and found out it was used. They told me the price was the same whether new or used due to insurance company. They didn't have a new one in stock and said another store should have one next week. I think I'm getting a run around. If it was possible I'd give 0 stars.Update(*11-2-22) still receiving calls from them- now they want me to return my current machine because my Dr went with another provider. Told them I would buy it out- was on hold over 15 minutes- finally hung up- How does this place stay in business

I was in dire need of a cushion for my sleep mask. Was told I need a prescription and sent away. The girl who said that said she's been doing it for 6 years! You don't need a prescription for simple supplies. Ignorance is no excuse

We purchased a CPAP machine from these people two days ago and the only receipt they gave us is one from Square. I've been trying to get an invoice showing exactly what we purchased and Jason at the Sparks office doesn't return my calls; when I called the Las Vegas office, a rude woman just transferred me to his voicemail without even asking me what the issue was. Horrible people to deal with.

Finally made it!Received a call last week and finally connected.Scheduled today to finally receive the cpap machine..If everything works out, I'll give it another five stars!Just glad there is a business to help with this condition!

the people at this location are nice but the company themselves is horrible. i was harrassed from day one about billing issues they were having from them submitting to my insurance wrong. the biggest issue is that they are overcharging me for my unit. i am being charged rental twice. once for the machine and once because it has a humidifier built in to it. that is like charging you to rent your phone then charging you again cuz it has bluetooth in it. i have been trying to get this resolved for 10 months to no avail. you call the number and it sends you to a call center overseas and they just tell you that it is the way it is and i need to pay it. my insurance company cant even get answers. now im in collections because im still trying to get answers. but they just hang up on you unless you are willing to pay right that second!

Went to reorder supply for CPat machine one CPap mask and a couple filters. $300 plus dollars. Mask alone $130. Went to Amazon got same mask extra pad that wasn't in my original order with pulmonary solutions. Along with 56 filters vs. The 2 or 3 they give. I spent $56. I think I'll stick with Amazon if I'm gonna be on this thing for awhile. As a company you should feel ashamed and the public should also shame you. This is repulsive.

I can not rate this company low enough. Terrible experience after terrible experience. The latest example of this company's ineptitude is I submitted a resupply request 2 months ago. A month later, someone called me to tell me they were working on the request and were going to contact my doctor. Now today, after I submitted a status update request wondering where my supplies are, I am told that the web form I initially filled out requesting resupplies has been lost. This company is a joke, and they don't even make an attempt to be anything else.****UPDATE****Apparently complaining internally to the company doesn't yield any results, but if you complain publicly on Google Reviews, then something might actually happen. A day after posting my review, I received a call from April at Pulmonary Solutions. She apologized for my bad experience, and started getting the ball rolling on finally getting me my resupplies. She has been literally the only helpful person I have ever talked to at Pulmonary Solutions, and I appreciated her calling my doctor's office and offering to call my insurance to get things squared away. She gave me her direct number to contact if I have issues. This one good interaction doesn't make up for the last year and half of terrible experiences, but I do feel like it warrants adding an extra star to my review. We'll see if my experience with them gets any better from here on out, and I will continue updating my review accordingly.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They started with the harassing phone calls before even mailing me a bill, and the harassment continued well after each bill had been paid and had cleared my bank. When I told one rep that I had paid the bill, she said, "Oh, I'm calling about the one that will be sent out in 2 weeks and will be due 5 weeks from now. Just a friendly reminder". I went through this "friendliness" for an entire year. Their service reps kept saying that that they’d stop calling if I'd set up automatic payments (i.e., give them access to my bank account). Believe me, you definitely don't want this dishonest company to have access to your bank account. Avoid at all costs.

Pulmonary Solutions is a total joke of a company. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star, more like negative stars. I’m honestly not sure how they are even still in business. From the daily harassing phone calls demanding money to not one person actually knows what they are doing to horrible patient care...this company is an absolute nightmare. Stay away!!!

If I could give a -5 I would. Avoid this company completely! They don't know how to do there jobs. They continually billed me long before they every submitted a claim to my insurance.

WORST company to deal with! NO follow up, lost check payments, continued collection attempts, VERY poor billing, VERY poor call center!! GO ANY PLACE BUT HERE!!
