Went in this morning, the girl at the desk was very helpful, she gave me her card, and showed me a little of what they have. Will be in contact, when I am ready for new carpet, soon I hope. They have a list of installers. The other stores contract the installation out, so I see no difference buying the carpet here and hiring an installer. Thank your Erica!

This store is not open to the public. They only work with companies in the trade. We went there to purchase commercial flooring for a business but was quickly shown the door. I am leaving a neutral review as I am unaware of their pricing or product quality.

Rude. Was in to look at flooring for a new house, didn't realize that it is not open to the public and that you have to be working with ‘their people' to enter. There is a way to be nice and polite while telling people they can't be there and this was certainly not the case. If I end up working with anyone with privileges into your store, I will certainly not give you my business.

I used this business in 2003 for carpet and real hardwood floor in my last house and recently for LVP flooring in my new place. It's a bit out of the way for me but I like the newest staff member, Erica. Erica has been working with me on selecting a new floor for my downstairs since mold took over the bathroom at Christmas. Pointing out all the pros and cons and colors, I decided on the new LVP flooring- waterproof and a lifetime warranty, and looks like hardwood. I was able to take home four large samples and live with them and move them around to be sure to get the one I could live with forever. Prosource even gave me the names of a couple of installers. They came out quickly, measured and returned a itemized statement of moving furniture and appliances, removing old carpet and tile, and installing new floor and trim. Price seemed very reasonable. I was able to pay half on order and the rest the following month when it came in. Can't wait now as we sent the install for mid May. Thanks Erica for all your knowledge and help.

We purchased 2, 10' x 10"-100% Virgin Wool Carpets from ProSource, Sparks Nv for $2500. The service was good during the sale, but when we informed them that the carpets are defective the "service" ended. We didn't ask for a refund, we asked for replacements and were told that that would only happen if we hired an ispector from their list and paid the $350 inspection fees. We agreed to this and began contacting every inspector within a 200 mi radius. I won't bore you with the multiple reasons there are no inspectors within a 200 mi radius, but there aren't. ProSource sympathizes with us that there are no inspectors but not that we are out $2500 for carpets that are unusable.
