Great service. I've been a mailbox holder over 4 years and have never had any issues. They take care of all my postal needs, they aren't any more expensive then other mail services.

Carol is a rockstar!!! I I needed to overnight a letter but lost the receipt.
I called postal annex to see if they could reprint my receipt and they were able to find the transaction and get me the tracking numbers I needed.
Excellent work you guys. This is why I use you when in a bind.

Older white lady is very unpleasant. She was so weird and dry. Eventually I matched her nasty attitude and she finally got the hint that I was uncomfortable there. She was more concerned about the fedex guy than actually helping me. Meanwhile the other lady was the one dealing with fedex shipment to begin with. I donāt know- I just donāt want to come back here. Shame too bc I live close and it looks like a small business.

I felt it was necessary that I left a truthful and honest review about postal annex as I use this store almost without a shadow of a doubt weekly sometimes multiple times daily to ship eBay purchaseās to my buyers, I couldnāt help but notice some of the negative feedback that is just absolutely mind blowing to me and I will give a detailed honest explanation ā¬ļø.
Carol and Tippa
The wonderful ladyās that make this store go roundā¦They have consistently demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness. They treat me & many others with utmost respect and kindness. It is disheartening to read some certain individuals who have not had a positive 5-star experiences in my personal opinion they are looking for somebody to blame and we cannot blame our local mailing service business office for things that are 100% out of their control & ours,
Please Rest assured that I have been a loyal customer of postal annex store for a long time. The staff is friendly and dedicated to providing exceptional assistance within their capability of course, In fact made the switch to Postal Annex due to the unsatisfactory experience I had with another local shipping company. While I will not disclose the specific name of that company as itās not very relevant to my review but I must say that they exhibited disrespectful behavior and charged us for unnecessary fee's.
I have shipped hundreds and hundreds of packages Just through Postal Annex store alone I always get a drop off receipt and go on about my business, I guess what Iām trying to say is some folks really need to think about this⦠Once youāre package is out of your hands and now into the stores hand youāre package/package's get picked up by the major carriers USPS, UPS, Soo on
However, once the packages are collected by the chosen shipping company, we have no further control over their delivery. This responsibility lies solely with the shipping company after it leaves the store that we have dropped our items with. This situation is an error on the other side AKA USPS, UPS, FED EX & that is simply beyond all of our control.

If you want someone professional, honest and trustworthy THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I had done business with this store several time with satisfactory experience - so when it came time to trust someone to give me honest advice on getting my Christmas gifts to family - knowing full well they mark up the price from going direct - I went in on Nov 30. You would think this is plenty of time for Christmas delivery. I asked if shipping to a post office box (to avoid any theft) was possible. The woman informed me I could ship it ground and delivery would be 5-10 day (could be a bit more or less). The cost was $67.00 for a very light box I provide and packed myself. Six days later I Could not believe the USPS Tracking number still indicated the label was made but had not been scanned. I visited the store to ask why. The clerk claims the package was picked up and most likely was sitting in āa pileā at some unknown location and might not get scanned for a month. This is a FAR CRY from 10 days or a bit more. I am heartbroken that the gifts for people near and dear to me is sitting in āa pile somewhere ā. So! Was the 5-10 days a lie? If she knew the post office throws packages in a pile left unattended for weeks on end, why didnāt she offer an alternative shipping solution?
BTW the USPS Tracking site states clearly (see pic) that their system will be updated when the package is given to the USPS - so where exactly is my package lying in a pile?
It was not that she was busy - I was the only person in the store. Maybe she just wanted to get back to playing with the dog she has in the store. BTW is it sanitary to have a dog around your precious items you tryst her with to ship? Needless to say I will not be back and will spend LESS money going directly to the shipper of my choice

The service and people are amazing here. So much fun stuff in this store to buy too!!! I highly recommend vs. the boring and impersonal UPS store.

Today I made the terrible mistake of going to the Sparks, NV location to print a label and ship. I forwarded the email provided that had two attachments, one being the printing label I needed printed. The older lady (which I think being older was part of the issue) could not figure out how to bring up the label and print it. She finally got something to print but it was the wrong attachment and was several several pages. She finally pulled up the correct attachment to print the one sheet that had the label on it. Why wouldn't she look to see what exactly she was printing and how many pages it would be? The worst part? THEY MADE ME PAY CASH FOR HER MISTAKE! Lucky for them I'm a very nice person and paid instead of saying what I should have said. I didn't even send my package. I got in my car and went straight to an actual FedEx store, which I should have done from the start. I explained what happened to the gentlemen at the FedEx and he said never to go to this particular Annex store. I forwarded him my emails and guess what? He opened them within seconds AND printed the one sheet that needed printed, no problem. I'm horrified at the experience I had and wish I could go back and refuse to pay for their mistake. Absolutely unacceptable. I should have just walked out. The old lady who helped me needs some serious training and the manager needs to know when it's acceptable or not to charge a customer for a mistake that was her own employee's.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this postal shipping store last night, on 12/21. The woman at the front desk was very rude during our visit. Additionally, she informed us that there was no way our package, intended for USPS Priority Mail at a cost of $33, would reach its destination by Christmas. She insisted that the only viable option was to spend an extra $100 and ship it through FedEx.I found her information to be contradictory, as I had sent a package via USPS the day before, and their assurance was that it would arrive by the 23rd ā a promise they fulfilled by delivering it a day early. It seems the woman deliberately provided inaccurate information to coax us into spending more money.
