The place is very old, as are most of the residents. But the rooms are comfortable, albeit small and inconvenient. We don't have a kitchen or anywhere to wash dishes. There's only a shower--no tubs. The wifi is absolutely horrendous, and they give you a voucher with a code on it that's good for supposedly 7 days, but they never work half the time and the management will not work with you. The lady in the office,I think her name is Sandie--she is sweet and trues Tobe helpful. But the lady manager who lives right next to the office--Anna--shes a real piece of scum.

They don't accept dogs that are more then 25 lb that's a really sad ? if ur dog is fat r tall they will decimate against that dog its sad I hope that government stop business from these

Everyone here is AMAZING!!!!!! Especially Sandy and the GM!!!!! Mom lived here for 11 years and last Friday she unfortunately passed away. Sandy was comforting, she was helpful and has a heart of gold. She made sure to get my moms dementia husband to taken care of until someone could come get him, she greeted me with open arms when I touched ground the next day in Sparks, she gave me access to my moms room, her keys, everything!!!!! Im so thankful for you Sandy!!! Ill never forget the kindness they bestowed upon my Mom and me!!! Xxxooo

Don't waste your time. Can't even get a reply to get a room. If they can't be bothered to reply with a simple we are full or whatever, how will they be when you need service? I assume it is like the reviews say. A DUMP.

It looks haunted and there no hot water. And there staff was not nice to me and my boyfriend.
