“Thank you Costco Pharmacy for being so loyal since day one you opened! I have always filled our prescriptions here and have not ever had a problem. Last night I was running errands all around Sparks and realized I had forgotten to pick up my medications. Needless to say I showed up 2 minutes before close! So sorry pharmacy staff but thank you so so much for not turning me away and being so nice. This was one of the fastest cheapest Costco run ever lol! I didn't walk out with $500-$700 of groceries and stuff I don't need!”
“While Walmart itself is fast going down hill. The pharmacy and its staff have always been very good over the years. I have nothing bad to say about the pharmacy. Walmart needs new leadership at this store on pyramid. Becoming a very dirty store. Sam Walton would be very upset at what his stores have become”

“I have to give this location 5 stars. They have gone above and beyond to help me with all of my prescriptions. The pharmacist Bernie and the other pharmacist, and all of their staff have been so kind and helpful. Yes they are understaffed at times and the hold times on the phone could be improved, but so are a lot of most pharmacies. The issues with the government getting involved in our health care has made it almost impossible for a lot of pharmacists to do their job right and be mindful and helpful to us patients. But again, I give high 5 stars to Bernie and his staff for their service and help to us. Hope I can stay here for a long time.”

“As someone that has gone to this costco for so many years my to favorite people are Heather and Julie that work at the doors they r amazing and remember our daughter and always so sweet they also do a great job. When I have to bring my service animal in, they understand the laws and able to go in without having to wait for a mangers to come and tell me it's okay. I have issues everytime I go in with most of the men that have worked the front but both of these lady are completely incredible. Even when no service animal they take the time to say hi to us and see how we r doing, also seen it with multiple other people they have done it with it warms my heart getting to go to this store”
