Was hear 10/10/24 for lunch ordered the chicken parm...got served RAW CHICKEN...now it's 10/13/24 0645 an no cook found out the cook is also the manager..I think this person needs to be fired ...you don't shoe up when ever you want thats Walmart...go work for them your not needed hear

I have had quite a few experiences with the cooks not up for the tasks. From eggs to salad with very little lettuce. I’ve about given up on the place. Management of the Skillet need to get with it.
I would love the opportunity to train your cooks and manager. Need to have consistency in food and operations.
Your waiting staff are the best you have going for you.
Give me a call if you want this restaurant to be a top earner.
Don’t bother with the canned response you use, it shows the level of care.

If you got some time read these reviews man Reno is something else lol you got
1. A guy complaining not being able to cash quarters into dollars at the casino
2. A homeless person leaving 1 star because he had no gas, no money for gas, and he stated the area smelled bad
3. Some dude got kicked out the casino for apparently being up 100 dollars acting like he was robbing the joint
4. A guy couldn’t turn on his shxt box truck after getting a truck wash lmao
Honorable mention: a guy stopped to get a meal at the restaurant during Christmas and the meal was horrible and made a very sad post about it I almost shed a tear

My lady and I do a dedicated route out of Sparks NV. We park our truck and or our car here so when we get into town we have a ride...not no more...management has decided to make us pay for parking...fuel here twice a week get all our maintenance done here and shop...and they still want more...terrible manger...so...there's a loves not to far from here...plus a speed co...looks like we will be changing our location of bizznez

The food I ordered came out exactly as I ordered. The waitress was phenomenal. Excellent personality. The store,the restaurant and the mens restrooms were very clean. I'll definitely stop here again.

I can only review the parking and shower experience. Parking spaces are plentiful. Shower was nice and clean and the water pressure also great!
Can’t speak about the casino, but maybe next time Ill try.
