“1st stop in the store. Excellent customer service. Staff is knowledgeable, which is great. All kinds of dog and cat food. All kinds of doggy toys and cat toys. They even had ferrets, which my kiddo loved. And they do have gold fish but soon adding more fish. Turtles and lizards they have a well. All around great store and people.”

After struggling with the quality of the roaches that I had purchased from the big name brand pet stores, and from sellers online, I finally found a local business that provides a higher quality, quantity, and just over all health of dubia’s. “Above and beyond customer service. Was in a time crunch when I noticed my tomato frog had some kind of infection. Figured out what I needed to buy so I called to ask if they had the product in stock and if they could please put it up front so I could be in and out ( high maintenance request, I know ). The lady who answered the phone was super helpful and said they did and brought it up to the front for me which was so helpful because I had to be at work right after, knew Petco would be closed by the time I got off work, and didn’t want my poor frog to have to wait until tomorrow to start treatment. Thanks again ?”
“On 5/24/24, I had a flat tire after picking up a tractor that I bought in Reno and was taking to the Auburn, CA area.TSC was the ONLY place still open at 8:30 PM with trailer tires. Mike and Ty went out of their way to help me select a tire to replace the one that had blown out on Hwy 80 as I was trying to go home.They went above and beyond to help me and without them I would have been stranded there until Tuesday as it was a Holiday weekend. I plan on sending them a thank you card, but just wanted everyone to know THIS TSC has 2 extraordinary young men that helped me in my time of need and deserve a promotion. They are true hero’s and I hope their managers see that and give them a bonus for helping me as they truly deserve it. “Every time I come in there is an extremely friendly face and someone knowledgeable to help me out. I’ve been coming here for two years and initially needed a lot of help. Robin took me around and asked me about the things I wanted in my dog’s diet and what I didn’t. She made great recommendations and never tried to sell me. I will be coming here for years to come! Also the friendly store pups are a nice touch!”
