We were going to switch to Palomino because we had heard from many people how great they were. We scheduled to have it set up January 16th, unfortunately, due to the snow they were, understandably, unable to make it. No problem at all. We called today, January 17th to reschedule. We got the wife of someone there,(owner?)named Deni. She was quite short with us. Did not seem interested in entertaining a new customer at all. When we called we did not complain AT ALL about them not coming out due to the weather, we understood. She got defensive and said they had no control over the weather. We had already taken two days off work and could not afford to take anymore. My husband said he would have to talk to his boss as to when he could take a morning or afternoon off for the delivery. She proceeded to tell him THEY would tell him what days to take off. That did it for us. He told her, that due to her rudeness we were going to stay with our current company.We are currently with Hunt Propane and have no issues with them, everyone just seemed to rave about Palomino.We talked with the daughter of the family last week and were very pleased as she was so extremely polite. Just goes to show you what a little rudeness can do to a business, doesn't it?In response to the owner:Ashley, I will reiterate, this has nothing to do with weather, as I mentioned before. This has to do with Deni's extremely poor customer service. And, we do not own a trailer, are you sure the technician went to the right house? My husband was at home that day, like he was told to be by Palomino Propane for the initial installation. So, if this, "trailer" was in the way, why didn't the technician knock on the door and ask that it be moved? The only item that was in the driveway was my husband's truck.

I looked around at a couple of different suppliers for propane when I first bought my home. I assumed going with a more well known company would be a good choice. I couldn’t get Bi-state or AmeriGas to answer their phones or reply to me. I waited a week and searched again. Landing on Palomino Propane. I sent a message and Ashley immediately gave me call asking when and how much do I want delivered. I’ve had 2 deliveries since and both have been painless. I swear Travis is a ninja. I wouldn’t even know he delivered if it wasn’t for the gauge on the tank. Very respectful of your property, their prices are competitive, their customer service outstanding, and they are incredibly accommodating to your schedule. I won’t be going anywhere else for my propane. .

I've been a customer of theirs for about a year and a half. Upgrading to a larger tank? Just ask and it's handed. Forgot to get propane?last minute- also not a problem. Moving from the city to the country side you won't have very many friends, but this company and the people that own and operate it were my first in Palomino Valley.

We’ve had Palomino propane for quite a few years now and never had any issues with service. They are amazing with their customer support, and this is hard to find anywhere. Just goes to show you how a family owned business really cares for their customers. We are extremely pleased!

I switched propane companies when we moved and have not regretted it one bit. Ashley knows us by name and number and is always looking out for us. Larry and the guys who deliver are always nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Palomino Propane to any one new to propane or if you are just needing a change. Great job guys

We have been with Palomino Propane for almost 6 years and they are amazing. Always very efficient, respectful and reliable. They may not be the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. They take care of their customers 110%. Never had a single issue with them in 6 years. Will only use them for as long as we use propane. Thank you Palomino for all you do for us!!!

My husband and I moved out to our new house 2 years ago. We've been using Palomino Propane. What a great family owned company! We really appreciate Ashley and everyone else at the company. She is very kind and so pleasant to talk to and do business with. Thank you for everything!!! ???? We highly recommend them if you're looking for excellent customer service and good prices for propane!

I've been with Palomino Propane for close to 10 years or so. I initially switched because their prices were cheaper than what I was getting. Little did I know their customer service would outweigh the price of the propane. I have several dogs that I need to sequester when they are stopping by and I always get a phone call to let me know when they will be stopping. Any question I have they are quick to get an answer for me. I would highly recommend them.

We just switched to them and so far they are way nifty! We were with our last company for 6 years and finally had enough of being jerked around. Palomino came to our rescue and has been awesome! No hidden fees low rates and a wonderful staff.
