Typical mail, package drop off. Some of the staff was friendly others not so much. I can’t comprehend in a business so competitive why the customer service isn’t top notch.Service tends to get slow with an attitude of the customer isn’t all that important. It was more like being at the post office rather than a place of business.

Go elsewhere! This place has change for the worst. They mark up shipping more than other shipping and packing businesses in the area. The lady that runs the place now is rude to the point she acts like she’s doing you a favor to even acknowledge you are standing at the counter. I will never do business with this place again.

This business marks up shipping more then other packing and shipping businesses. The lady that runs the store is plane Rude. The only reason for one star is there is no option for zero stars. I will never set foot in this place again. I'll head right down the road to a much more reputable, professional shipping and packing store. If you need to ship anything or need supplies, there are better choices of similar stores close by.

No longer a hub for the community. Under new ownership as of spring 2023. The new owner is unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff is transient and turnover is constant. Sadly it has become just another business in an increasingly populated area, where community doesn't matter. Don't let the local business model fool you. It's locally owned but poorly run, with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. After 20 years I am taking my business elsewhere.

After using this business for a few years and having no issues with the friendly staff i had the misfortune of dealing with the owner during a difficult time after having my wallet stolen.I needed to have a form notarized to obtain a copy of my birth certificate for the DMV and brought what ID I had, which was an expired state ID from California/ Medicare ID, Sams club ID, Social Security Card, Bank statements, etc.As soon as i inquired about it the owner took a look at my expired ID and pointed out the Obvious.," Its expired". I explained that I couldn't get a License without my Birth Certificate yet cant get a Birth Certificate without a Notarized certificate of Identity. I tried to explain the situation and show him the rest of my documents but he became rude and cut me off." This is my business and i'm not going to risk it on potentially forged Documents"So i asked him if i was going to forge a fake ID why would I choose to make an expired ID so i could apply for an ID that i could just forge ? Long story short, i went elsewhere and had no problem. The guy is a narrow minded rude individual who has no place in customer service and should stay put of his own business before he alienates the rest of his customers. Personally I will never use them nor will any of my friends or family.
