Typical mail, package drop off. Some of the staff was friendly others not so much. I can’t comprehend in a business so competitive why the customer service isn’t top notch.Service tends to get slow with an attitude of the customer isn’t all that important. It was more like being at the post office rather than a place of business.

Go elsewhere! This place has change for the worst. They mark up shipping more than other shipping and packing businesses in the area. The lady that runs the place now is rude to the point she acts like she’s doing you a favor to even acknowledge you are standing at the counter. I will never do business with this place again.

Completely overprice and gouges customers. Be sure to utilize any UPS packages to 301 Vista Blvd.

After using this business for a few years and having no issues with the friendly staff i had the misfortune of dealing with the owner during a difficult time after having my wallet stolen.I needed to have a form notarized to obtain a copy of my birth certificate for the DMV and brought what ID I had, which was an expired state ID from California/ Medicare ID, Sams club ID, Social Security Card, Bank statements, etc.As soon as i inquired about it the owner took a look at my expired ID and pointed out the Obvious.," Its expired". I explained that I couldn't get a License without my Birth Certificate yet cant get a Birth Certificate without a Notarized certificate of Identity. I tried to explain the situation and show him the rest of my documents but he became rude and cut me off." This is my business and i'm not going to risk it on potentially forged Documents"So i asked him if i was going to forge a fake ID why would I choose to make an expired ID so i could apply for an ID that i could just forge ? Long story short, i went elsewhere and had no problem. The guy is a narrow minded rude individual who has no place in customer service and should stay put of his own business before he alienates the rest of his customers. Personally I will never use them nor will any of my friends or family.

Great location in Spanish springs to mail out packages after work when the post office is closed! The staff here is friendly and helpful- I will definitely be back whenever I have mailing services to be taken care of before/after work! I stopped by Pack N Post about 5:54 on Monday, 3/7. I just needed to drop off two prepaid UPS packages as I do on occasion, figuring that this local, small business will at least get some payment for accepting them.There were 4 people inside, but the door was locked. The blond guy at the register looked over at me, but continued talking to the couple at the counter. I waited at the door where I knew he could see me. After waiting 5 minutes, I knocked on the window. The blond guy started around the counter, looked at me, shrugged while turning around, and went back and continued talking to the people at the counter.I stopped in today and asked for the owner or manager. The owner wasn't there, but I spoke with an older lady. Her excuse was that the guy was "probably notarizing papers" and since he was the only one there, he locks the door... during business hours.I pointed out that common decency would be letting the customer at the door know what is happening. She didn't seem to care. While I was talking to her and the other girl at the counter, she was signalling and mouthing comments to a customer behind me. Classy.Along with packages I drop off on occasion, I've more often brought countless bags of bubble wrap and packing peanuts to Pack N Post over the years to be reused in their packing business.I'll find somewhere else to take those from now on. I'll even be okay with putting them in the trash.

Pack N Post failed to tell that UPS would not guarantee 1 day delivery. We were charged $87 for delivery of a phone that arrived late on the 3rd day. If we would have know there was no guarantee we would have sent it 3 day or not shipped it at all. They have refused to give us any refund.
