Cameron is great! hope I spelled his name right. Very nice and efficient! Tested multiple battery's for my mom. Ended up replacing both battery's for her pacifica 2017. She is very happy and I'm happy I didn't have to install the battery. Thanks cam

An important piece holding my drivers side windshield wiper came off in the snow. I took it to them and this very nice lady fixed it for me at no charge. This is not the first the staff has gone out of the way to help me out without charge so I made sure to buy something because this place Rocks!!!

I haven't been to a bad O'Reilly's yet! Whether a small store, or large, they have always had what I've needed and then some! They have always been nice to go check what wiper blades we needed and replace them for us. And so much more at your neighborhood store! ?

Attempted to exchange a battery here for a ten dollar gift card, I was referred here by fellow bmw enthusiasts whom have used this service with my EXACT SAME battery. It is a 12v EV battery and it costs 500$. The lady at the counter had an extremely rude attitude and immediately told me they don’t accept that kind of battery while glaring at me. I wasn’t unfriendly so I’m not sure why. It’s a premium battery from an electric car, and others have used this service with my exact battery. But I cannot??? It’s just a battery and it’s just a service for recycling anyway…. Unbelievable, and the fact she was basically falling asleep on the job and looked incredibly miserable was just the Cherry on top. Autozone accepted my battery FYI and I will NEVER return to an or oreilly or recommend them ever again. Get some employees who know how to smile… for your sake.

Tried to get a product for my moms car cause we’re both clueless and when the associate asked the higher up for help they replied “I’m looking for something else” so we didn’t buy anything. Felt sorry for the associate!!
