“I had an alignment done this week as my car is now over 100,000 miles. Justin and his team were amazing - I received a detailed report including pictures of every individual item they assessed. Sunshine Alignment took the time to evaluate my filters, brakes, tires and more while completing the alignment. The report was emailed to me and also printed with my receipt. The evaluation was also provided in person in a very professional and easy to understand manner directly from Justin upon checkout.
I had the opportunity to wait for my vehicle and the waiting room is excellent. Multiple leather seats are available as well as universal charging ports. I had to bring my children with me due to a school cancellation and they were able to stay occupied without any problems. Sunshine Alignment also provides complimentary snacks and beverages while waiting.
During my wait, I was able to observe the staff discuss multiple other customers evaluations and concerns. They handled every single situation with professionalism and respect. As a young female navigating the car industry, I felt clear honesty from the staff and not taken advantage of. They were upfront when cars were in great shape but also expressed genuine concern for the wellbeing of their customers when repairs were imminently needed.
Overall, I was very impressed with the service I received and will be back.”
“I don't normally write reviews, but Andy's Automotive was so helpful when I was in a tough spot that I had to share my positive experience with them.
I was visiting Reno when I was in a bit of a car accident. I had to drive four hours back home the following day, so I was hoping my car could be looked at asap so I knew if it was safe to drive long distances. I was referred to Andy's Automotive and they were so nice on the phone and offered to look at it that day. When I brought my car in, they immediately started examining it and determined my tires were out of alignment. I didn't even have to leave the shop and pick it up later; they fixed the tires for me right then. I am very appreciative of Andy & his team - I was a bit shaken after the accident, and they really put me at ease and were so pleasant the entire time. If I'm back in the Reno/Sparks area and have car trouble again, I will definitely be going back to Andy's Automotive!
***UPDATE***: It's like the universe read my last sentence in my first post and decided to manifest it. I was back in Reno only a week later in a different car and unfortunately that car broke down. I didn't think twice about where to go - I immediately called a tow truck to take the car to Andy's Automotive in Sparks. They were once again so helpful and offered to take a look at it (even though this is now the second time I came calling without an appointment). They fixed it up and I was able to drive it the four hours back home without a problem. Thank you, Andy's Automotive!”

They also took time to track a replacement the the problem part. I have taken my vehicle to Scotty's for some time and will take it back again if there are any more problems.”

“I had my oil change 12/3/24 at the Oddie Blvd.location in Reno.Anthony was the nice technician that did everything.He was very pleasant and helpful.The only negative was i told him my engine was a 6 cyl.and needed 10w-30,but he insisted according to his computer that it states 5w-30.I didn't argue .All went well,but i wished he put in 10w-30.They do not vacuum the car anymore like they used to.He changed my wiper blades at a good price.”
“Everyone was very nice. But I didn’t get ‘full service’. My windshield wasn’t washed, my washer fluid wasn’t filled, they left some grease handprints on my hood. My oil change and transmission flush was done well and fast. Just missed the little details.”
“Great mechanics who serviced an 06 Chevy Tahoe bearings and hubs. Will return to them as they will be my go to mechanics for my other vehicles. Wheel alignment was impressive. Truck was taken off the rack and again put back on to ensure adjustments were done correctly . My truck is lowered so other places just align it and kick me out the door. Not the guys at Sparks. They did a great job.”
“Came to get an oil change, in and out within a half hour, drove a couple miles down the street to get lunch. When I came back out to my car it started right away but the minute I let off the gas it would die. I called and spoke with John and he immediately sent someone to my location. The mechanic, Frankie, was very professional, genuinely sympathetic, found the problem within a few minutes, a loose hose.
