Well stocked location with easy access and lots of parking. Store has clean bathrooms. Team members are too few to run this store and are not available to answer any questions. Check out is slow and registers are slow to process transactions. Still a great place for office and school supplies.

Went in to have a picture printed out and was immediately told by the older woman behind the desk that I had to "go do it myself." Now. I don't mind using the self serve printing, but I never have used it so I'm not really sure of how to. I could tell by the huffing and puffing of this older woman and the "what don't you understand" comment she made, that she was not happy I was bothering her.... At her job.... Where she is supposed to be helping customers. This woman was of the rudest people that I have encountered and I will completely go out of my way to go to Staples before I ever return here. Maybe you should focus on not hiring miserable, bitter employees because they're most definitely losing you money.

Have always loved Office Depot but my last few visits have been exceptional. I needed some custom binding orders and Laureen helped me out with my first one. She was sweet, quick, and wasn't afraid to tell me that there were orders ahead of mine and it may take longer than expected. I appreciated the transparency and I think she did an absolutely wonderful job. The second binding order I did, Hawk took. It seemed that he was running the front end all by himself which included the printing area and the register. He did an awesome job and was courteous, had a pleasant demeanor, and knew what he was doing. I think Laureen is still in charge of binding my stuff, but Hawk still had awesome customer service. I hope both of these associates are recognized!

Thank you to Hawk at Office Depot for his excellent customer service and knowledge when I came in to find myself, a new chair. There were so many choices and he knew all of the products. Not only did Hawk help me find my new chair, that fits me perfectly, but then, he built my chair and called me for pick up the next day. I came in to pick up my new chair, and Hawk was the person that loaded up my chair in my car. A man if many talents. Hawk, you gave me 5 star service and as a long time customer, I appreciate your many skills. Thank you again for your kind personality and excellent customer service. I love my new chair. Julie A

Every time I visit this location (photo print department), I get good customer service. But today, there is this old lady named Cindy. She gave good service to the guy in front of me, but when it was my turn, all I got was an attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I did not purchase anything from her service, changed my mind and walked away due to her bad service. Please tell her to change her attitude. To be honest, I feel like she's treating me like that because of my ethnicity. Who knows!

I went to have something scanned but apparently the lady thought I wanted her to do something out of her job description. I didnt ask her to change the oil in my car. I asked her to scan papers. In the time she explained they dont scan, that I have to purchase a flash drive she could have scanned it. I didnt mean to bother her at her job. Silly me.

I been going and print my pictures in Office Depot for years , this evening lady at the counter informed me that they not longer provide this service and I printed pictures at the same location last week , horrible way to get rid of they customers just because she don't want to be bother .... at her work place !!!!

I went to print something and the staff was so friendly. I requested to have the pages hole punched after the fact and they tried to figure out the machine but couldn't. So instead they hand hole punched my documents. So patient and kind and truly great customer service. This is what makes the difference and I'd high recommend going in for your printing needs.

I am a regular at this Office Depot. This is where I come in to ship all my packages, I come here at least a few times a month if not weekly. Majority of the staff knows me and knows the drill. Every now and then I meet someone new and I still get the same great service. Employees here always has a smile, is very patient, works with your needs and requests. I've been coming here for 1+ years and from the store manager to every singe employee, I never had a single issue or have any complaints. NOTE: I do my USPS and FEDEX shipping here, they don't do UPS. Pickup is usually around 3:30pm for packages.

I am so grateful to Payton, Anthony and Charis that I am going to do an actual YouTube video to explain my idiocy and their patience. It has to do with a desk I SHOULD have hired someone to put together for me and didn't. The desk is wonderful, the staff is wonderful, the price was great - but it was ME that was the problem. Note: Accountants/Musicians/IT ladies should NOT assume they can put together a desk. Bad assessment.
