We have a big, beautiful, antique piano and wanted to move it to a new location. O’Brien’s Moving & Storage was our #1 choice! What a gem this company is! We spoke with Luke O’Brien and he handled everything so professionally! I was a little nervous because of the age and size of the piano. Luke assured me that there would be enough guys to move it seamlessly. They came on time and moved our old piano with the utmost care and respect. They truly treated it as if it were their own. Our piano got delivered and set up, in its new home, without a scratch. I highly recommend O’Brien’s Moving & Storage for any moving needs. They are a wonderful company to work with! I would give them more stars if I could.

Without a doublt they are the best! On time, fast, gentle with our belongings, and priced right! I highly recommend them, and like a previous move by them, they exceeded our expectations!

The company i work for hired these guys to move our office ( locally might i add) and it was a total disaster not to mention a very expensive disaster. Not what we signed up for at all. Lazy and not efficient at all. We did most the work and still need more work done. Clearly not a reliable company. I do not recommend this company to anyone who has a business. They would be good for apartments or small houses. Workers made jokes about how much we spent on this and laughed it off. Most of them stated how much they didn't want to do the job. If you want a good moving company don't pay these guys., your better off doing it yourself.

Selling your home is a stressful experience, even after you have done it more than once and selecting a mover can be equally challenging.
We interviewed four local mover’s and each had great qualities but O’Brien’s Moving & Storage immediately stood out. We were fortunate enough to initially work directly with Luke O’Brien and he couldn’t have been a better partner on our move.
His flexibility created a real sense of confidence in our move and when the first offer on our home fell through he indicated that he was available when the time came.
Fortunately for us, we received an offer shortly after the first offer fell through and once again Luke and the team were fully engaged. We worked day to day with Janet and Christa, amazing service, great sense of humor and such incredible patience. We had a lot of questions, had to execute the move quickly and we moved to a building with serious moving protocols and security.
We were fortunate to have Wyatt and Caesar packing our home, loading, transporting our belongings to our new home then unloading us. They were on time and did a professional job, all in record time
It all went off flawlessly, the building staff at our new location were equally impressed with Wyatt and Caesar they had us unloaded in short order.
Moving is a stressful, detailed process and you need an engaged partner to take the mystery and as much of the aggravation out as possible, O’Brien’s is that partner.

I have used several other moving and storage companies from Seattle to California. O'brien's is one of the top that I have experienced. I will definitely use them again.

I used the services of O'Brien's Moving and Storage to transport several home furnishings from my home to a local consignment business. I scheduled this with Janet and the two movers who visited my home were Kevin and Greg. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Kevin and Greg arrived on time (with lots of enthusiasm) and did an outstanding job loading, unloading and protecting my items. O'Brien's rates are very reasonable and their service was worth every penny. Super job. Thank you O'Brien's!

Extremely satisfied with the service of O'Briens Moving. They gave me the best price in town. Moving all of my heavy items from one location to the next and placed them right where I asked them too. They were quick, efficient and took care to make sure none of my items were damaged in the moving process. I will recommend O'Briens to anyone that asks for movers.

As Seniors moving is less than fun , everything was done for us .The Packers drove our furniture up to Portland and unpacked it all ,fabulous husband and wife team .Both were polite and experienced .No way we could have done it ,money well spent .

Talk about organized people. I peeked in the truck about an hour into the job and was amazed at how well organized it was and how many of my things had protective coverings. Our bed is a mechanical one and a nightmare to us, but these guys had no issue with it at all. Although I have no desire to ever move again--but if I did, I would be calling these guys for sure!!!

I was very pleased with the high level of service and professionalism I received from O'Brien's Moving & Storage in Sparks. The ladies in the office, especially Christa, were very helpful and thorough in explaining the moving process and owner Luke O'Brien was fast and efficient in getting things done. Our driver Robert was awesome! He went above & beyond to ensure we had a smooth move with no problems or complications. As we unpack, we are happy to see no damage to anything, although a few items are still missing in our big stack of boxes. I would highly recommended using O'Brien's for your household move!

Our move with O'Brien's Moving and Storage was literally perfect. My husband and I had never used a moving company before, we'd always moved ourselves, but because we were moving interstate and had a limited amount of time to do it, we decided we needed professional help. I researched online for companies providing interstate moving services, but most were located out of state in far off places like Florida. So, I asked our realtor, and she recommended I check with O'Brien's. From the very first call when I talked to Luke O'Brien, I felt our problem was solved. I explained to Luke that we didn't just want to move, but also needed help with packing and storage of our belongings until our new house would be finished in 3-6 months in another state. Luke listened to our needs, explained the entire pack, store, and move process, we went through a very simple inventory process, and he provided what we considered to be a very reasonable quote. From there I worked with Janet Lowry on all remaining details. Janet tracked and managed every aspect of our move from that point forward - she was amazing!! The packing team that was sent to our home was also amazing. All individuals were courteous, professional, and efficient. They arrived on time and our belongings were carefully packed and moved to storage according to plan. Our belongings were in storage in Reno for approximately three months. That was wonderful for us because we didn't have to worry about storage in our new location. The entire time our belongings were in storage, if I had a question or concern, I called Janet. She always answered my calls immediately and provided whatever information I needed - always with a great attitude. The last part of our move was delivery of our belongings to our new home. Again, this part of the project was perfect. I coordinated the date we needed delivery with Janet, and she arranged everything. The driver, who was also knowledgable and accommodating, contacted us at the beginning of the trip and along the way. Delivery was made according to plan and our belongings were delivered, unloaded, and moved into our home in perfect condition. My husband and I rate O'Brien's Moving & Storage one of the best companies we've ever dealt with, and we highly recommend them.
