Wouldn’t give meds that I already took, spent 2 MONTHS with this place just trying to get these meds to focus for school. I asked to take them to help me in classes, Dawn the “PA” flat out denied me even though I was on them before just in another state since we moved here. I guess people in nevada are just morons. They had us running around to do things that weren’t necessary MULTIPLE TIMES had to do multiplie release forms and try to fax over medical records from another state when they called the WRONG PLACE they called my doctor from northern nevada medical instead of the one we told them in Pennsylvania. Also Dawn was rude about letting my guardian inside the room during her session with me when I asked her to come in she kept saying no. Going to another place don’t recommend AT ALL.

Horrible place. 10/10 would not recommend. My doctor pressured me to take meds that I didn’t want that made me suicidal… and did not care at all.

I went to the pharmacy today and met Carrie. Bright, Funny, Sweet and Professional. I gave her feedback on 2 different types of medication. She was willing to listen and seemed appreciative. Very Lovely Lady.

If I could give zero stars I would. But here is what I have to say about nnamhs. I don't like this place not one bit. They're never on time if you want to pick up your checks when you come in for them. They're always making excuses like well, we didn't receive anything for you and that's a complete lie. I hope that nnamhs gets shut down for good. Always wasting time and never get things done in an accurate amount of time. Even the group homes are terrible. Staff are rude and inconsiderate. My mother had to file multiple complaint reports because these people are totally unprofessional and they never get anything done. Takes them months to get your stuff sorted out when someone who comes in for the same thing and they get what they're looking for ASAP. I don't trust this place and I am never going back. If you want excellent services and want to be treated with respect, go to wellcare. They provide the same things as nnamhs does but they get things done correctly, they have excellent staff and you always get what you need when you need it.

This place was great I started going here in 2016, now it is nothing butt a headache. The doctors always cancel appointments at last minute, then it takes months to get back in. Call to make an appointment or the nurse no one answers the phone and you wont get a call back until a few weeks or longers. Since my original doctor left and they started making their changes this entire places is sucking...find another place if you want help and your meds every week.

I've been treated here off and on since I was 16 years old. They're the most caring, patient, tolerant and attentive people I've ever met. The staff at the outpatient clinic are usually overwhelmed and unacknowledged but that doesn't prevent them from putting their best selves forward. I'm very grateful for all that they do. The Drs. don't have much time to spare but they make the most of it. I appreciate everyone in outpatient and how they never make me feel bad or turn me away. I matter to them and they matter to me.

I took my cousin to the E.R. for a rehab referral. They did nothing for him and because of their botched job they really hurt us financially. Long story. My poor cousin later called me scared about freezing to death and homeless. If I could post zero stars I would. . .They decided I was crazy to try to help my cousin and he should freeze to death instead. Freaky.
