What a complete failure on a delivery for a cross country move. Moved from PA to NV. First, if you do use this company buy the extra insurance as this company doesn't care if they lose or damage your property even with pictures...as they requested.
First, they were a couple of weeks late on delivery. Supposedly the driver quit and then they couldn't get it together enough to reschedule. Customer Service, albeit nice, were clueless what to even say to me when I call. I ended up reaching out to the CEO, who I will say was helpful and got someone on the phone that seemed to care.
Once our stuff was delivered and we took the time to unpack, the amount of damage and lost property was amazing. Then after filing a claim, because I didn't notice stuff was missing or the damage on day of delivery, they are offering basically NOTHING. This is why I say get the highest level of insurance possible if you use this company. I learned my lesson and got the basic insurance because I never had issues with moves before, and I moved several times.
I would sooner use PODS and pack and unpack myself before using this company. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Driver was very communicative. All were on time. Loading and packing team hustled. Loading team did a good job. Haven’t opened kitchen or picture boxes as our household goods are in storage. Will have an informed opinion when we’re able to move into our Naperville, IL. home.

The 8 or 9 hr interstate move took na 9 days at an average of 1 highway hr per day. Given that I can drive a big uhaul truck 8 or 9 hours in one day and arrive at my destination, I will simply execute that next time for less money and far less time without my family's stuff. At $100 per day late penalty, there isn't much incentive for them to be on time either. Other than being 2 days late with a lengthy moving timeline before that, the experience was decent and everyone was nice. I also empathize that the company is likely running lean due to the interest rates and housing market limiting moving presently.

Should've read the reviews. Waited 6 months for my stuff. Almost everything was broken. Don't do it. I wish I could go back and have done it myself. Waste of $6000.

Should've read the reviews. Waited 6 months for my stuff. Almost everything was broken. Don't do it. I wish I could go back and have done it myself. Waste of $6000.

A huge thank you to Charles and his son Brandon, representing North American Van Lines, who recently moved us. They were professional in every way, considerate, on time and always kept us apprised of details regarding our move. We have now unpacked everything. Nothing is missing, and nothing broken. Thanks!

This was the worst experience. I am a veteran and and just lost my mother who was tragically taken from us(also a Veteran). I needed her household goods shipped to me due to living in different states. The lack of communication was ridiculous. They could not tell me when pick up was and once it was picked up was told they didn't know where the driver was or how to get a hold of them. My husband had to call corporate after days of not know what was going on. This added more stress than I needed at this point and time. They never put my address on my paperwork which it beyond me because when I see everything up it's the first thing I put down. Which made the drivers job harder because they only knew the city and state I was in. When I called they refused to answer half the time and hardly called me back when I left a voicemail. I would never recommend this company. They cause me more pain and heartache than I deserve.
