Possibly the worst bank I have ever had any dealings with. Made an appointment to open a business account and when I got there no appointment was set. I had a confirmation on my phone and was told Oh that can't be right. So they set another appointment for the next day. I got there a few minutes early and the branch manager Jennifer who the appointment with out to lunch, ( how true did I find out that was for real) After I waited another 35 minutes she finally got there and sent one of her people to fetch me like I was a dog, complete lack of respect. I thought let it be. When we got to her desk she told me she really doesn't open accounts.I started to talk to her about banking and found out she doesn't have a clue and is completely useless and very headstrong. She explained to me I was going about my business all wrong I listened for about 5 minutes and returned all my papers to their folder and walked out as everyone who goes there should...Terrible service, management, and bank. I talked to a few people about them after this and found I am not the only one who thinks this is a bad bank, the I found out the are on the federal watch list, so I would stay away.

Apparently my praise was premature. The prior fraudulent charge on my account? It takes NSB 10 WORKING DAYS to issue a previsional credit to the account. BofA credits the account within 24 hours. I've made 3 different calls on this charge, talked to 4 different people over the last 2 weeks, spent 40+ minutes on the phone today only to lied to and then told THE DISPUTE WAS NEVER FILED!!! Oh, they'll put a rush on it now. My bet is that I will never see my money again. I'm done. This is the most incompetent bank I've ever dealt with and as soon as I can change my direct deposit I'm closing this account. Don't waste your time here. I wish I hadn't.And to Sandi M.: No thanks. Been there, done that, and you've gotten progressively worse. You are the worst bank I've ever encountered and I'm not wasting any more time on your feedback links. Your bank needs serious help, and I'm done.

This branch has the nicest people I have ever encountered in customer service (along with a really handsome bank teller) They're super helpful and welcoming. Best branch ever!

When are you going to open on Saturday and sundays? The pandemic is over and many are already vaccinated. Also everytime I go there you want to sell me on something and the workers talk too long with the customers when there is a long line.

This place never answered the phone, called for a week straight, with no response. When you go to the office, all they do is talk to each other behind the counter, never gives customers there full attention.

The ATM don't work properly. The deposit check made in the ATM takes 2 days to be available to me. The phone is not working too. It's hard to find anybody credible. It's very frustrating
