I don’t have a bad thing to say about this farm supplier machinery of all types including residential and forestry, I had my chainsaw repaired there and purchase many items for my tractor at this location, always in stock.

My family had dealt with NVP for years having purchased a couple tractors and multiple smaller tools, chainsaws and the like. In the last couple years their quality survive has gone way downhill. I brought in our tractor to be serviced and have a fuel system looked at and they never resolved the problem and took several weeks to do so. After getting it back and trying to resolve myself I replaced the fuel filters and on one of the their staffs suggestion bought a fuel pump. The pump didn’t work correctly only, produced a minor amount of flow. I took it back and they tested it in a bucket to see if it worked, which it produced a light flow and they said it worked. This is not an adequate test for a fuel pump that has to draw from a line with a filter and pressurize another filter to get to the valves. I had a mechanic test the system and the pump prior to taking it in and he said it was bad and didn’t produce adequate pressure. The owner Larry refused to refund the cost of the part that his employee suggested and then proceed to be belligerent. There are other places to get the products this store carries, not worth dealing with terrible service and a store racing towards the bottom.

Not recommend! I brought my brand new 2022 Honda Snowblower into Nevada Power Products for a transmission issue this past winter. I dropped off the machine in March 2023. Nevada Power Products called me In August 2023 saying they installed a new transmission and ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick up the snowblower it was hardly recognizable. The machine had been sitting in the sun for months and was severely faded and sun damaged. The snow blower would not start. They forklifted the snow blower into my truck. As I moved the machine forward some parts fell out of the bottom. The mechanic did not know what they belonged to.After several phone calls to the owner/ manager with no response, I decided to take the snow blower to another mechanic. The mechanic stated that a new transmission was never installed. I called Honda and they confirmed a transmission for this machine was never ordered. Not only did Nevada Power Products lie about the repair they further damaged the machine by leaving in the sun for months. If you value your equipment I would highly recommend staying far away from this shop.Nevada Power Products is negligent and damage equipment. Cost me significant time and money dealing with this company. RUN AWAY!

Horrible customer service. Gary is the worst to deal with. His famous saying is "Nope not in stock ... if I order it , it could take years to get here" if the item is not in stock he will not assist. Take your business elsewhere if you need service.

Great service and very helpful. They are great at finding answers to getting parts for my kubota when it is from 1986. Whether its giving me info on places were I can go to get an aftermarket part that will work or finding a different years parts that will work on it.

If there was a a negative star, I would give that. This company is terrible. I took in my portable generator to get it serviced. After having it there for several months, I called to find out the status of the generator. They could not find it. It just disappeared. After trying to get reimbursed for the stolen generator, they refuse to answer my calls. If you take equipment to be serviced here...do so at your own risk.

I brought in a generator for repair. When I contacted them for the status of my generator, I was told that they cannot find my generator. Nevada Power refuses to compensate me for the lost generator. If you deal with this company you will most likely be scammed.

I went to these guys for a battery on my Honda lawn mower, about 7 or 8 years old. They told me they needed a model and serial # to get the right one as there were many different choices. So I went home and then returned with the proper info. A couple weeks later I get the new battery, return home and can’t get the battery to fit. I take the battery in and tell them it won’t fit, they check on computer and assure me it’s the right one. I go home and still can’t get battery to fit. So that same day I take the battery and the mower in to see if they can get the battery installed, and I have to leave it for 2 to 3 weeks because “they’re too busy and short handed”. I call 3weeks later, mower still not ready, they had to order new battery, about 10 more days. When I return to get my mower, AFTER I call to see if it’s ready, they charge me for the second battery $43.00 after I gave them $55.00 for the first one. I ask for credit on the first one, and they said they “did” give me credit of $55.00 towards “labor and shop supplies”, keeping the first incorrectly ordered battery. That battery cost me nearly $100.00 due to their incompetence. I will never do any further business with this clown show again!
