National Wholesale Flooring is great to work with. Barb was super helpful in helping me decide what product to get and what would be best with kids and pets. She was patient with all my questions and concerns with buying new flooring. VERY HAPPY!! Scott educated me about Vinyl Plank Flooring. At NWF I found a better selection and quality of materials then at the Big Box stores. I'm really pleased with the product I purchased. NWF is very professional and easy to work with. Good communication. Great local business. NWF provided me with a list of licensed and qualified installers which made my job easier.I obtained a few estimates and went with All About Floors (Richard and his crew). EXCELLENT experience. Floor was installed quickly and looks amazing. Very courteous, professional and great to work with. Would recommend them to my friends, so I'm recommending here.

Rude, disrespectful, racist staff. Walked in with my dad to pick up some flooring for a lady we’re working for from what we know she’s a very loyal and friendly customer of theirs and they know each other. We walked in and they didn’t even acknowledge us or care to ask how they could help us it wasn’t until I walked up closer to the desk and said “hello we came to pick up some flooring today” they looked and my dad and I up and down and spoke to us as if we were d*** and kept talking between themselves that is how how you treat customers of any sort who first walk into your store especially us who were just there to pick up an order for work. This happened 7/27 around 4pm it was an older white lady and white man with glasses working inside. We didn’t appreciate to be treated this way and don’t think anyone deserves it, I know for a fact if my father and I were white with blonde hair and blue eyes, within the first five seconds they would’ve welcomed us in and asked what we needed. My parents are Mexican and I’m also half American but I don’t have blue eyes, blonde hair and white skin I shouldn’t have to to be treated with some respect.

Scott helped us pick out some good quality carpet to replace the basic carpet we had. The carpet came in on schedule. It was just installed by All About Floors. The three-man crew worked quickly, and they finished about noon both days. That gave us some time to move all of the furniture!

Barbara is wonderful and has been very helpful to us replacing flooring in two different houses in the last 2 years—Finding us quality flooring (carpet and engineered hardwood) that looks the way we want and for a good price, and available quickly. It’s important to have a lot of inventory to choose from plus staff with plenty of experience to help navigate it. We love how it’s turned out. We’ll be back again when/if we need it. Thank you!

National Wholesale Flooring misrepresents their products and when those products fail (and of course they do!!!) they do not stand behind those products. Never again will I buy anything from National Wholesale Flooring, there are much better flooring companies in Reno/Sparks. ... I don't like liars and they lie

So far we are on our second flooring remodel with them and we love them. Scott has been great to work with, everyone else is also really down to earth. Great prices too. I will continue to use them moving forward.

I recently needed a small 6x6 piece of carpet and padding for an overlooked closet. I went several places in sparks where the only option offered was buy twice the amount I needed, because of the roll size. I should have gone to National wholesale flooring first! I was greeted with a beautiful smile when I walked in, and it only got better from there! Barb was so nice! She showed me many remnants and I found a perfect piece for my job. It seems hard these days to get great customer service! I even think she postponed her lunch to help me. Thank you Barb! I will be sure they are my first stop from now on, for all my flooring needs!
