Customer service was very good, She remembered my name after one visit. They knew what I needed and had it and more, I had to return one item and there was no issues. I'll be recommending and going to this place every time!

Came in with only a photo and no idea what breaker I needed but Paul took one look at my phone and immediately knew what he was looking at & what I needed. Such a relief to know that not only do they have what you need but they can help you, too. Definitely go here if you need someone knowledgeable to help you when you're lost like I was. Also veteran owned!

They had a hard to find breaker (due to supply chain shortages) that I thought I needed for a panel conversion. Unfortunately when I got to the job, the feeder wires were the incorrect size and it wasn't feasible to replace them at this time, so I didn't need the breaker after all. Mitch the owner returned it without any issues. Great business that I will use in the future.

Their customer service was agreeably good, however, their price points are not competitive. 1 star because a purchase was made from my husband and responses from Owners should highlight some sort of win-win. We did not feel that "the customer is always right" mentality was embodied.

If it's electrical, they'll have it. I am not an electrician and Mitch took the time to explain to me what I had, what I needed and how to replace it. He was extremely helpful and his prices were competitive. Coupled with the customer service, well worth my money and time. Skip the big corporation and buy local.

LOVE the help and knowledge freely provided and the stock part readily available after four previous stops. This will be our first choice now that we know they are there!!!

These guys are incredible. Helpful! Best customer service I’ve ever seen. I needed to replace two circuit breakers and it was not something I’m very good at Have not done it much before. Drove to a bunch of places to see if I could find the Square D 20s. Could not find them and did not run across very many helpful people. Decided to make phone calls. When I called these guys the phone was answered by an amazing person at the front desk Victoria and she actually gave me her cell phone number so I could send pictures of what I was trying to do. Now you have to remember at this point I’m a complete novice And thinking that maybe I should call an electrician.The owner of the company Mitch came on the phone and talked to me personally and assured me he had the breakers I needed and took some time to explain to me how they worked.Everything worked out fine, did not have to call an electrician. All I bought from them was 2 circuit breakers, this is not a big sale for them but they gave me service as if I was a contractor.When you go out of your comfort zone to do something you don’t normally do it’s so nice to run a cross folks like this who are over the top helpful!Thanks Victoria and Mitch, saved me electrician fees.

Great experience. Small operation so you get personalized attention instead of having to wait for the "next available operator" which I really appreciated. They took care of me and got me squared away with what I needed. I'll be sure to use them in the future.

I have an older house and am doing a remodel. We needed a certain kind of circuit breaker that isn’t made any more. They at Circuit Breaker Solutions went the extra mile to find the circuit breaker we needed. Really appreciated their service!

I found their listing on the internet, went to their location during business hours, only to find a locked door. When I called the phone number listed on the door it immediately went to a voicemail that sounded like a residential voicemail saying that they would try and call me back as soon as possible. Doesn't seem completely professional. I went back the next day, and they were open. they had exactly the circuit breaker I was looking for, except it was refurbished by someone else so they would not warranty it. I bought it anyway, because I needed it.
