Terrible company. Never delivers on time. Tries to say they attempted delivery but never do. Says the wrong address is provided but it’s correct. And when they do deliver, they damage products more often than not. Even have a video of a driver throwing a package over my fence rather than walking to the door. Wish Charles McMurray would choose a different delivery company.

Absolute fail of a company. You can't get hold of a live person to save your life. Horrible customer service. The driver's lie and say they attempted delivery when they surely did not because I was home all day on the lookout for it to arrive.I already told the vendor I will not order from them anymore if they use this carrier.A terrible company all around.

Absolutely garbage. Would give 0 stars if I could. There is no number to call about packages. I order from hello fresh and this is the company that they ship with for some reason. My food never arrives on time and the last two boxes had to be thrown away because “a truck broke down” with a “weather delay” also leading to “package was damaged” just for them to still drop off a box of hot smelly food to my front door. Don’t use this place for shipping. Will not be using hello fresh any more or this place. Don’t get how you are even in buisness!

Wow this company is horrid. Package was out for delivery, driver never showed up so they rescheduled. Next day, out for delivery, driver still isn't around by the time they had at the latest. We called, no one seems to care, you're not able to ask for a manager or supervisor, CS said they don't have any contact with driver's as they are 3rd party, but then at the same time said they will contact the driver asking for an update. Their website also said by 1:35 and CS rep told me they will make sure to update the website when they find the driver. Put it this way, the rep didn't even know what time they open or that their address is for pickups.

Everytime a vender uses GLS service, it makes me very, very sad. They have never been able to deliver anything timely and it usually takes them an extra 2 days to deliver my order that was shipped VIA GLS. My last order was shipped on Sunday, arrived in Reno Monday and delivered at 1:30 AM (middle of the night) Wednesday. Who seriously delivers packages in the middle of the night?

My daughter has been waiting for her package. Their customer service said they have attempted to deliver twice. They did not. She even called and got a window of delivery. The package has still not come. She tried calling the local office and no one answered. It’s impossible to get in contact with these people.

My package was there for 3 days just sitting and their chat takes way too long and never got help and there's no phone listed. Was given 3 delivery dates before the final one but didn't come on the first three.Although the package was delivered 3 days ahead of schedule so thank you for that.

No accountability. They do not check the drop boxes. I had a package sit there for almost 2 weeks. Not what you expect from an overnight service.

Apparently nobody works here. My package has been in town for 4 days now but cannot manage to get delivered. If they truly are trying, that is. Can't even get a human to answer the phone, and the chat person has been 'on the way' for 45 minutes so far. DO NOT USE these 'people'

My package has been sitting at their facility for 13 days!!!!! I check the tracking on the website and every day it says rescheduled due to weather....there has not been any snow until yesterday. This is completely ridiculous! Worse than FedEx and that's saying alot!
