Simply horrible. Deliveries have been delayed for up to a week. Impossible to get help from the listed numbers. If you do get the Sparks number, no one ever answers. This is not the first time.

The employees that drive for this company are the most careless and incompetent employees and shouldn’t serve our community.
The driver leaves my package I waited for 2 weeks to arrive at the WRONG address to a SEPARATE building by the leasing office where it is accessible to everyone. That package was worth a lot and your drivers don’t give a damn. I hate your company and have always had bad experiences.

Load wasn't ready when I arrived even though it said it would be. Staff was very kind and helpful. Be prepared if you are picking up a load here you will have to back into the dock from the street and hook up and pull out in the street to close your doors. One way in and 1 way out. Had to back a 53' trailer into the street at night. Good people but not the safest set up with all the driving and backing into the street.

The worst shipping experience I have ever had every time a package is shipped using them it never gets here. My package was soppose to get here yesterday and they deemed it unsafe I live in a flipping 10000 square foot house on Lake Tahoe deemed unsafe??? Horrible I’ve called and all they say is sorry for inconvenience!!! DO NOT USE THEM TO SHIP RECEIVE ANYTHING! IT IS THE WORST SERVICEVEVER!!!!!!!

I get my raw dog food delivered by GLS for the past 2 years. I live in the VC Highlands so it's not always the easiest place to get to depending on the weather. They always try very hard to make sure I get my packages on time. Today I had a delivery of food that I really needed 11/22/23 because I was getting low and it was Thanks Giving weekend. I knew if it didn't come today I might run out. I waited all day because the website said it was out for delivery but the sun went down and I was sure it wasn't going to happen. When low and behold 8:00 at night in the pitch blackness, the GLS driver dropped off my needed packages. Thank you GLS you guys rock!

Absolutely the worst. Delivery person dropped off a package at a posted closed business on a Saturday. When I told her there was no one there she could have cared less. Thankfully we were actually at the office so that we could take it in and not have it stolen by the homeless population that is rampant in this area.

Terrible company. Never delivers on time. Tries to say they attempted delivery but never do. Says the wrong address is provided but it’s correct. And when they do deliver, they damage products more often than not. Even have a video of a driver throwing a package over my fence rather than walking to the door. Wish Charles McMurray would choose a different delivery company.

Absolute fail of a company. You can't get hold of a live person to save your life. Horrible customer service. The driver's lie and say they attempted delivery when they surely did not because I was home all day on the lookout for it to arrive.I already told the vendor I will not order from them anymore if they use this carrier.A terrible company all around.

Absolutely garbage. Would give 0 stars if I could. There is no number to call about packages. I order from hello fresh and this is the company that they ship with for some reason. My food never arrives on time and the last two boxes had to be thrown away because “a truck broke down” with a “weather delay” also leading to “package was damaged” just for them to still drop off a box of hot smelly food to my front door. Don’t use this place for shipping. Will not be using hello fresh any more or this place. Don’t get how you are even in buisness!
