Monica is a life saver, I was referred by my co-worker and working at Tesla a lot of Tax people do not know how to properly deal with stocks. I went to her for 2022 this years and had her file an addendum for me for last years. Monica is fast & efficient. She took a lot of stress off me. I had been going to Monica for 4 years. She is friendly, however, when filing my taxes this year she had given me the total cost and ran my card for $60 more. When I finally noticed and called back her and her receptionist said that was last years price. There are plenty of other fast and affordable prices in town. I won't be returning but make sure to pay attention to your receipts/invoices.

Honestly Monica should not even get a one star. My mom has been trying to work with her. She went to Monica's this year to do her taxes and Monica committed an error in the form she filed AND wrote my mother's name wrong. They didn't approve her itin form because of that, Monica then told her there was information wrong and to refile and charged my mother again! It was me nicas mistake and should have not charged my mother they have charged her three times already and my mom is still having issues and has been trying to contact Monica but her assistant keep saying she's not there and Monica has yet NOT HAVE RETURNED macall to my mom. How is that good business? I also went last year and she told me to do taxes with her I was going to go to h&r block to do them and it was going to be free it was a simple tax form no charges but she charged me $100 later to find out to find out that there was no fees and she had told me there was fees everywhere when there isn't . I hope she sees rthis and starts calling her people back.
