This store is located in the Sparks Crossing Shopping Center. It is a large store. They are always having a sale on the current seasonal items. They have a variety of items for crafters and hobbyists. Hobbies include photography, candle making, floral arrangements, baking, prepping for a wedding or baby shower, etc. I always look for coupons on my phone. I adore looking up the items I need online before I go to the store. That way it will tell me what aisle my item is on and where to look for it. It makes it a lot more convenient. I have yet to place an item on order to be picked up in-store. This is a fun store to go in and window shop. Employees are always kind and often have good advice. Did you know they offer Adult and Kids craft classes? Plus they also offer online classes too. Great parking and accessibility for all.

Another 5 Star Customer Service Experience at Michael's in Sparks with Jeni, Customer Service Rep. I had many products I decided I didn't need. I had my receipt and with Jeni's help, I was able to get a refund back to my business card and then make the many purchases, for the new products I purchased today. This is why I shop at Michael's in Sparks. Over the top, Excellent Customer Service. See you next week! Mom and I love shopping at Michael's in Sparks. The store is so beautiful for Christmas. This is a little off the normal subject but needs to be addressed. For the past several months, the handicap bathroom in the women's bathroom has a door that will not close not to mention even lock. It is an embarrassment and what will a person do who needs to use a handicap toilet? I have brought this up dozens of times to different people working in the store. NO ONE CARES! I got so frustrated that I decided to write the CEO. Mr. Ashley Buchanan in Irving Texas about the matter. I assumed that SOMEONE WOULD sign for the priority letter and it would get their attention. I never expected that the priority envelope was returned to me completely unopened! This tells me volumes. THEY DON'T CARE! So I will post this problem everywhere I can continually until.....Until someone give a damn! The next time I am in the store I will take a picture and post it too! Sorry I have not done that yet.

We went in for candle making supplies and Tamala was a huge help with amazing knowledge of navigating the app. She was also quick to help other customers. Made our experience really smooth and enjoyable.

Price is rather dear but the quality and finished product speaks for itself. Great staff, and selection of frames and mats is deep.

My second favorite craft store to look for my crafting supplies. My biggest complaints are that they aren't as well stocked as in the past, hard to find an associate for assistance & only one registerthat MAY have a cashier for us using cash & coupons otherwise checkout at the kiosk for credit & debit cards only. How many faithfull customers don't have coupons!!!
