One of the associates, Denyea, offered her expertise in selecting exactly what was needed. She gave me a brief introduction to the different styles of boots and how they should fit. She listened patiently while I nixed several styles. Once I settled on a pair, she suggested that I walk around the store to make sure they were a good fit. She then helped me choose a beautiful Stetson hat. She discussed other brands and also efficiently brought different sizes out from the stockroom. Denyea's level of service was first class. She was attentive, and simultaneously helped other clients. I sensed that she genuinely wanted me to look my best for my Texas wedding. If you need western wear, this Boot Barn has a significant selection. While I am certain that the entire staff is well versed in the products, Denyea stands out as a shining Texas star in Sparks, NV. Ask for her if you want an excellent shopping experience.”

“I feel terrible because I don't remember her name but the manager/supervisor with short dark hair is an absolute angel. I was there on a busy Saturday wandering around. I'm sure it was obvious I was uncomfortable & overwhelmed. She asked if I needed help & at first I said I was fine because I didn't expect her to care. But I changed my mind & asked for help. She spoke to me like she knew me for years. She was so kind & helpful I couldn't believe it. I know the bar is low but I truly appreciate her taking those 5-10 minutes to help me. Most point in a direction & say "over there" but she actually walked me all around suggesting different things. & she didn't rush off, she waited till I felt helped.
