I always look up hours online to prevent going somewhere that’s closed. It was a little after 10 and we stopped by. Online it says that they are opened till 12 but the hour of operation sign said they were open to 11. A little weird but it was still before 11, so we tried to enter, however, The doors were locked and the cashier crouched down behind the counter.

I came in to this store lastnight because my car was on empty and needed fuel asap and this place was the first place I saw. The hispanic cashier lady with all the tattoos was so incredibly rude I could not believe it. It was about 9:30 pm and I gave her a $50 dollar bill to put $30 in fuel and she took the $50, didn’t even mark it, just looked at it and told me, Oh that looks fake”, and turned me away. I prayed to make it to the next available gas station and they had the best customer service, tested the bill with a counterfeit marker, looked for the strip in the bill, which the lazy worker in McCarran mart didn’t wanna do, and I got my fuel and went on my merry way. The lady at McCarran mart absolutely was the most rudest nastiest person ever and I can’t believe she is in there dealing with the public. I will forever not recommend this gas station to EVERYONE and anyone.

I don't know who needs to know but you guys need to change your hours of operation because I went in today after showing up at 10:30 last week and being waved on because she was closing with her boyfriend while on my lunch.
So I would appreciate that being taken care of for people like me trying to get food or a drink and getting nothing and having to go to the TA.

It's a great little convenience store. The management and staff are friendly and as far as I know the best price in town for propane.

There is this beautiful red head there named gee or lovely, she is the most important person without her this place would be broken when she is working this place is shinning clean and a happy environment lovely this place really needs you.

The head cashier is extremely rude and lacks any sort of professionalism whatsoever. Yells at her customers. She even told me to go to Wal-Mart. Usually the other employees are cool. Her name tag said head cashier, I didn't catch the name. If that's your best cashier you need to do some searching. I know its hard to find help here in the Reno sparks area, however i know you guys can do better. I told her i hope her day gets better. November 10th 2022 at 1110am.

1ST place I've been to that has all working Frazil machines! The only problem was they didn't have my favorite Tigers Blood but these flavors were still pretty good
