Good at repairing Teslas but their negotiating power is limited with insurance companies. I gotta blame both the insurance company and the auto shop for lack of customer service. Overall recommended, the owner is friendly, wait times can be high for teslas due to lack of reliable tesla repairs facilities in Reno and Sparks
