No cashiers, they want to make it all self checkout!! Don't recommend it!! They want you to do all the work, search for your stuff, cart it, go to register, scan it, bag it, and pay. All the while, they've got employees running around doing nothing but walking around. A billion $ company, and they don't wanna pay someone to be a cashier!! Very disappointing!! Won't be shopping there again!!

We came for a grill for my husband to get on Father’s Day. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to bring it home the same day bc that has happened at another store. With Mary’s help, we left with a Pitboss smoker. She was very informative with all there is to know about it. We also were helped by edmon and he was sooo cool! I hope I got his name right. Young guy with a good head in his shoulders. Very polite and professional and cool. He was very nice about loading the smoker on our truck. It was so smooth and easy. I am so glad we decided to stop at Lowe’s. Those two made the experience so easy and relaxing and we will for sure be back for any additions!

Typical big box store. Reasonable prices, adequate inventory, good location and hours. Service personnel are average, polite but sometimes indifferent.

This deserves negative stars!!!!! Lowe’s and their contractor for flooring is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced! A flooring job over 11k paid for up front and in full two months in advance gone horribly wrong with all services expected. First, calling Lowe’s each day of the week for two weeks up to the install date was horrendous each rep had no idea what was going on . Lowe’s promised material to be delivered and was pushed off each day for several days until my father and I went down to the store physically and picked up the flooring and loaded 34 boxes in my car. Then , the contractor canceled, then next day went to lunch and never came back! Told us multiple times we had all we needed to only tell us we needed more material and continued to bill also never credited the fee for delivery paid when we came down Father’s Day to pick up all the flooring . Then, called to speak to a manager three times they refuse to get one on the phone. Asked the manager in flooring to waive the delivery fee since we had to pick up the material and he said he would ask; never got refunded. Contractor, Keller and Lowe’s do not communicate at all and were not once on the same page ! Guy from Keller canceled said he lost his “ mojo” for the day. This is by far the worst transaction I’ve ever had and Lowe’s did not seem to care at ALL! Lowe’s management has not offered once to reconcile and make it right. My father has almost had a heart attack over the stress of this entire project. I asked for a manager to call me back, they never did . Do not ever do a project like this with Lowe’s!!!!!! We will never go with Lowe’s again!

Lowes has a horrible selection of tools. No 1mm hex wrenches. The only hex wrenches they carry are craftsman. Not a single employee asked if I needed help. But to be honest none of them looked like they could so I dont fault them for not trying I guess.
Left annoyed. Ordered what I needed off amazon. Just like best buy places like Lowes just wont last. The only people they hire don't know anything about tools and they dont stock anything but the most basic stuff for the general public.

Do better with your contractors!!!!!! Going through Keller interiors??? What are you thinking. The whole purpose of people going through you to schedule installation so that you can handle those projects for us not for us to have to take the reins and schedule install schedule product delivery. The product wasn’t delivered and we had to drive down to your store to pick up our flooring yet we got charged a delivery fee. How is this fair? This is ridiculous!!!!

I was looking for a hummingbird feeder. The only one I wanted to look at was so far in the vack of the third shelf that I could not reach it. A female employee went out of her way to get it down for me. I dint know her name, but dhe is great with customers.

Purchased a flat grill for a gift free assembly on Veterans Day, which I am a veteran. The reason I purchased it has gone by and it’s still not assembled. We are picking it up unassembled if you only have someone there on Thursdays, you need to let people know it would be two weeks from the time of purchase to the time of being symbol, not acceptable ???
