10/22-2023Came in to look for one more plant... Unfortunately, I was on the phone walking in...Workers outside setting up a display.. Dh was already up to the front door..Observation: and caught on store camera:Young guy dressed in black running out of the store with one large box tucked under his arm, and a long tall box slung over his shoulder- looked like Milwaukee power tools..Wow-!!!! Workers and I hoping he trips!To the getaway girl driver parked in the black Nissan... shame on you!..So sad to see this on this beautiful Sunday..What goes around comes around...

Bought a fan 160.00Paid them additional 250.00 to installNo fan install. No one will help, the female manager is scared to talk and address this issue and getting the run-around. Told me to call a third party to get it done AFTER I paid them 250.00!!!!!Un. Believable. Horrid service and the adults take NO responsibility. I will return fan tomorrow and refund my almost 400.00 and a week of wasted time and frustration. Side note-the third party never calls you back....gonna head to Home Depot, don't waste your time at this store would give a ZERO star rating, but had to at least pick one star. Sad.

NEVER buy kitchen appliances at Lowes. Got a new fridge from there last week, took over a seek to get it delivered from SLC because they don't stock them in the store??!! They got me out of bed at 8am on Sunday morning with a call saying they would be here in 10 min. No advance notice from Lowes. The delivery guys were nice enough but could barely speak English. They ripped all the plastic off the fridge with no care so now I have white plastic sticking out everywhere with no way to get it off, the doors are uneven, it's in the space crooked, at least that is easily fixed. The guys were nice enough but have no idea how to remove plastic wrappings, now I have a total mess to clean up. I was warned about Lowe's delivery people, I should have listened.

Just went to this lowes to grab some paint brushes and to ask customer service about any information they could give us about a security screen door. Cruz, who was actually part of their "Pro Team" didnt really help too much.. it was like he didn't want to take the time to explain anything, or like he just wanted to be some where else instead.

Lowe's has parking for Vets and that is a great thing. They also give discounts to Veterans. You have to go online and register and get passed to ID.me who want your social security number to register you. Who in their right mind is going to put their social security number online? I went to Lowe's today and the cashier said just go to customer service and show them your ID and they will put you in the system. They cannot, you have to give ID.me your social security number and then you are in the system as a veteran. It will be a cold day in hell before I give them my social security number. It use to be just show Veteran on your drivers license at check out. I take back my last 3 star rating, give them a 1 star rating and I will never go there again.

Lowes in Sparks, NV...Absolutely worse customer service experience ever. Management was no help. Purchased a washer and dryer. Dryer arrived damaged. Have spoke with at least 7 different individuals trying to get resolutions. Zero follow through. Lots of passing the buck and finger pointing deflecting blame. Will never purchase anything from them again. I own businesses and I know that employees are hard to find, but train the ones you do have. And don't give management titles to individuals who only answer is to blame others and then tell customer " you can always just do it yourself". Meaning bring back the damaged dryer and pick up new one. I wish there was a less than 1 star option.

This review and rating is specifically for a customer service worker at Lowes, at Scheel's. Candy is her name and she is the friendliest person over the phone. I had a problem with an order and she followed through to the end to resolve this. Everybody else just tells you you'll get a call back, and then nothing. She completely took care of my issue because she gave a damn. Now Lowes does not get the same rating . I would complain here but I don't want it to reflect on Candy. She's to good to work there, seriously. And concerning Lowes itself, I think the other reviewers have already spoken. Thanks again Candy. Sincerely John X.

Ordering online and curbside pickup has been a boon during covid. Staff has been super quick to bring out items.Good selection, reasonable prices, convenient hours!

My hubby and I were in the Garden Center having a difficult and expensive time picking out items that we needed to get onto the bus. Was not happening. We were discouraged and about to give up. Then swept in the Awesome Steven B. Not only did he find us exactly what we Needed but all of it was bus friendly. We spent 60 dollars and got the Perfect items for our project. You are our Hero Steven B. Thank You So Much!!!!

My new washer was set to be delivered between 2-6pm today, with a call 30 minutes prior... the delivery guy calls 5 minutes ahead to say he's on his way. I tell him I'm not there and give him my tenants name. When he gets there he says he won't take the old washer because there's water in the bottom. I send him away, with the new washer. He was EXTREMELY rude and basically hangs up on me. I called the store and the Manager went the extra mile, turned the whole thing around and needless to say- by end of day the old washer was gone and new one installed. However, the pictures attached show the condition they left my laundry area. The washer is sitting in 2 inches of nasty water and he dumped out the old washer on my lawn, leaving pieces behind. I am not likely to shop at Lowe's again where any installation or delivery is needed based on this experience.
