The local office is GREAT. Very helpfull.HOWEVER they have a answer service that is TERRABLE!!! THEY DO NOT Forward messages or tell the main office what is happening!!!!!!

This Company and it's affiliate Preferred Home Care are absolutely horrible at customer service. I have attempted to resolve both billing and resupply issues for over a month via the telephone without success. Each attempted phone call has seen me on hold for more than 25 minutes only to have the call disconnected. After being unable to reach anyone for assistance, I presented my self to PHC physical location on Rock Blvd. What an incredibly useless group of people who are unable to display any degree of care , compassion or empathy. They told me they can neither help with supplies or billing issues and I need to call these other numbers. If answered, the "other numbers" are equally unhelpful as they too provide conflicting information and around and around it goes!

Lindcare has done a great job helping me with my oxygen supply needs! They are way better then my last supply company! I would highly recommend them to other patients they are friendly and easy to deal with.

Terrible service. You hold forever listening to annoying music. OR, they ask for your phone number to call you back but of course they never do.

The worst customer service and pathetic excuse for patient care. I suggest any other company for medical supplies, this branch of Lincare is a nightmare. They do not show up on time, clerical staff at the office is awful. They say they will call you back and never do. We waited two weeks for a piece of equipment and ended up buying it ourselves so as to not deal with this company. Just awful, if I could give 0 stars I would.

This business is horrible with customers who live with oxygen 24/7. I needed a part, and they told me i had to wait a week for supplies to come through the mail. I have been without my oxygen for 5 days now.

We stopped using Lincare almost 2 years ago. They have been billing out insurance for CPAP supplies they have never sent, even after we asked them multiple times to stop sending/billing for supplies. We currently have bills for two shipments that were never received. On top of that, They billed our insurance 498.52$ for 6x nasal pillows. Those same nasal pillows are available from amazon for 4$ per. The tubing that they charged 344.05$ for is 35$ on Amazon. The filters they charged 89.97$ for 6, you can buy a Sheet of filter material for 10.99$ on amazon that when divided up comes out to nearly 40x individual filters. We have made multiple trips in to their physical store and asked them to stop, we've called their customer service line multiple times to ask them to stop, as well as their billing line multiple times asking them to stop. These people are con-artists that take advantage of patients that are in need of medical equipment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!If I could leave a -500 star review I would, these people are criminals.

I am quite happy with lincare. The people are always nice and helpful. The delivery’s are great the people who deliver them are always nice. I’m very happy with lincare.

Would be great if:1). Lincare would allow customers to order supplies online; and2). Lincare would provide a delivery window so you didn’t have to wait around all day

Avoid at all costs! When our newborn’s pulse ox died. We waited over 3 hours with multiple hang ups and call backs to the after hours line to be told that they were all out so we would have to wait.

Here I am waiting once again for them to pick up their equipment. I used it for 2 weeks after getting out of the hospital in October. I have requested pick up 6 times and they schedule a day but never pick up their items. It's a waste of my time and I have to lose pay every time I have to sit and wait for them and not go to work. They continue to bill me for something I'm not using. Today if they don't pick it up I'll assume they don't want it and tomorrow it can go in the garbage because it's trash day.

I came in with my dad for something concerning supplies and new insurance. One of the workers with reddish hair and with an eye twitching problem immediately talked to us with an attitude. Our first time coming in and we were treated badly.

I was having a problem finding my filter, and opening it. I spoke to Claudia on the phone. She made arrangements and asked Tia if she could make an extra trip to help. Tia was especially helpful.courteous and professional. She told me that she worked for Lincare for 6 years.When I first called Lincare Megan and I talked several times to start me with Lincare.When we went to the office. Everyone was very nice, friendly, or would have a smile for you.The instructor that explained the C-pak machine was wonderful. I forgot her name. But she was exceptional at paying attention to detail.I appreciate good customer service

Today, I had my second appointment with Casey at Lincare. The first was to pick up my CPAP machine and today was to pick up a different mask. Casey was awesome both times. She took a lot of time to teach me how to use the machine and again when I had to go back for the second mask. I had no problem scheduling these appointments, and the ladies in the front office were also very polite. I did have to wait for a couple months to get the machine, but I have friends who had wait even longer, who went through a different CPAP provider. I have to give Casey five stars.

I could not be happier with Lincare. Casey, is thorough, considerate and kind. The folks that work up front alway make you feel welcome and attended to.
