The on/off switch on my Hoover upright went out and I almost decided on throwing it out because it is about 7 years old, but I decided to at least try and see if it can be fixed first. I looked up this business and gave them a call in the morning. Bill answered and said that my problem sounds like something he could fix. I ran it over that afternoon, fully expecting to have to drop it off and pick up later. When I got there, Bill told me to follow him to the back where he put my vacuum on a work bench and went to work changing the switch. Turns out he had several new replacements and was able to get it switched out for me in just about 15 minutes! After testing it a couple of times, I paid him a very reasonable fee of $20 and was out the door and ready to start my weekend! Give this business a chance before tossing out your old equipment. Might end up saving you a few $$. I'm going to recommend this place to everyone I know.

Absolutely the best local vacuum shop in the area. I've been to them all. If you need work done on, or If you are looking to buy a real deal high end machine this is where you should go. Do not go here expecting him to fix your cheap shark, hoover, or pretty much any other bagless machine. They work on real vacuums. Not your consumer grade Costco special. Do not shop online for a new SEBO until you go see Bill in person first! They have better prices in their shop then you will find online for any new SEBO guaranteed. Bill is such an awesome person who is always honest with his work. I have been using Legendary vacuum for over 10 years commercially and personally and have never once had an issue. If you need your vacuum repaired or are in the market for a new vacuum. THIS IS THE SPOT.

This guy is rude on so many levels. We came in and asked how much he would charge just to take one of his tools to unsnap a plastic clip so we could get a ball out of our vacuum. Asked him what he would charge to do that and he said he didn't know that we would have to leave it but would not give a price. So I'm supposed to just let him blind side us with a large amount he said $15 to $55 dollars to undo 1 plastic clip. And when we said no thanks if he can't give a price. He started getting nasty with us for saying we would find someone who could give us a firm price. All this for just let me remind you we only wanted the one clip undone. Don't go there people save yourself the time go to someone who will treat you right.

Guy who answered the phone was a total jerk, he told vacuum cleaners weren't really meant to be fixed. I told him my vacuum was a refurbished, expensive vacuum. I wouldn't go here if I were you, I couldn't trust someone who is this condescending and patronizing. Is there a rating for negative stars .. because they deserve it!

Bill the owner is great guy that goes out of his way to make sure your purchase is an excellent experience. He steered me towards the right vacuum for the job. It is great that he is the warranty and repair center also. I would highly recommend Legendary Vacuum to anyone that needs a new vacuum.

Brought a Kirby Sentria in and Bill wanted to hear the vacuum he immediately suggested I go to see Kirbyland he said he's the guy to go to. Honest and friendly I'm glad he didn't try to take on the job and not be able to fix it.
