Dr. Emily addressed all the scary symptoms my little old dog had started showing. We have a plan for her elder care and appreciate the Dr. So much! She’s gotten to root cause of her seasonal ear infections as well. We’re not just treating, we’re also preventing together!

A few years ago I thought this was a great place to take your pets. But this last year I had to find another vet, not because of the vet herself but because of the people working the desk and answering phones. I've never had a pregnant dog before and didn't really feel it was right when my less than a year old dog got pregnant. I knew immediately that my male had got to her. I called about having her spade to prevent puppies but asked if there was a way to tell for sure if she was pregnant. They said we should get an ultrasound and if she's pregnant they will spade her if she's not we can wait for her to have her first cycle. So we scheduled an ultrasound, she was pregnant with 8 and the vet said she wouldn't spade my pregnant dog. So why did I pay for an ultrasound? Thanks...
Today I learned the rattle snake vaccination they had been selling me are not made in Nevada nor do they contain a vaccine for rattle snakes that are in Nevada.
I did have 8 wonderful puppies. We did everything thing we could to ensure their health and that they got to good homes.

Extremely nice and professional staff. Dr.Patty is a joy, very happy, love's dogs ?, and knowledgeable too!!! I took my beautiful Callie to her, she performed surgery on her and she went on to live a more comfortable life. I am happy Dr. Patty is approaching retirement, I only hope I will be able to find someone like her who really cares.

I took my dog, Lady, to Kreature Komforts the whole 4 and 1/2 years I lived in reno. She is not an easy dog at the vet. She is scared and nervous every time and she snaps every time they try to give her vaccines, trim her nails, etc. I always feel terrible about it because she's so perfect in every other way, but never once has anyone at this vet made me feel bad for it. Even though I was a nervous wreck every time we had to go, I knew she was in good hands and being taken care of very well despite her temperament. They also have very fair prices. Prices I haven't been able to find since I've left. I HIGHLY recommend this vet. The only thing that I wasn't prepared for when I first started taking her is that they take her out of the room to do their work on her which might be protocol for dogs like mine who are tough to handle at the vet. This may not be the case for dogs who do well! And the vet she goes to now does everything in front of me and now I actually think I prefer them taking her away so I don't have to see how upset and scared she gets lol. Thank you Kreature Komforts for almost 5 great years with you guys!

I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE TO THIS BUTCHER ! First time here at this veterinary clinic .I got two kittens few months ago and it was time to neuter. only could get 1 appointment at spca for yesterday got one of my boys done and today I brought the other little guy for a neuter and he wasn’t going to make it home he died on the table .. I googled the odds and it said 1 in a 1000. This happens . I dont recommend this vet ..so sad ! And still had to fork out money …maybe look into a lawsuit

The best most qualified veterinary services in northern Nevada. After checking with vet services for neutering my 4year old Standard poodle Cuba the pricing KKomfortd was the lowest and reviews the highest. To date it has been a pleasure to be serviced by KKomforts.

Year or so ago this would of been a five star, the doctors there are really good and awesome they deserve a 5 star on their own.But the front desk techs have changed and are really rude and condescending, besides Taylor she is GREAT. If it wasn’t for Taylor we would change vets because the other techs there are just rude.

We’ve been to Kreature Komforts a couple times for vaccines and routine check ups but my boy needed a dental. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in in just a couple of weeks.
Not going to lie, I was nervous. The thought of your baby being under anesthesia is so scary. I immediately felt comfortable from the time we walked in to the time we left. They called me twice throughout the day to let me know he needed a tooth extracted and then again to let me know he was in recovery. They don’t push you to do or pay for things you don’t want and their prices are very affordable.
Special shout out to Taylor, she was very helpful and took the time to sit down with me and explain the home after care do’s and don’ts. Thank you, Taylor for your kindness and compassion and thank you Kreature Komforts for taking such good care of my boy and putting my mind at ease. We will be coming back for sure.
