Kohl’s is a wonderful place to return Amazon items which may not had have worked for you. It’s easy to do at their service counter and you always get a discount coupon to use in the store. I like the merchandise at Koh’s and there are always many items on sale.

!!SCAM ALERT!! Don't buy gift cards from here. My husband and I have had multiple gift cards here, NOT work. They will not reimburse you anything. Nor will the actual gift card holder. We have bought McDonalds cards and gas cards that were NEVER ACTIVATED, yet I was still charged for them. Even with the receipt, they won't do anything for you. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card for anything to be done. I DON'T RECOMMEND this location.

I am extremely dissatisfied with your 30% coupon. I wanted to buy 4 clothing items and none of them were accepted for discounts. If you're not going to honor these items as a discount, you should post that on the rack that they are hung on !!!!! I will not be back to your stores!!!!!

The only reason I gave them 4 instead of a 5 is because their cologne section is extremely overpowering. I bet the toxins from the synthetic chemicals to make them cannot be healthy. The other reason is not 100% their fault. All of the men's pants look like women's. The taper, and are just back. What happened Anchor Blue Jeans from the 90's? Haha. Service was good, staff was helpful and funny.

I went to Khol's today for the first time in over a year. Same thing as a year ago, high prices, poor selection, a long line with only 1 cashier. It reminds me of the old Sears, just cleaner. I think Walmart next door has better selection and much better prices. The parking is awful, all the close places are reserved or for handicap and there were only a few being used.

Kohls was very clean. We went there for some clothing and found a quaint variety of items. There wasn't much of a selection or variety in the dress section. The store was clean but lacked in cashiers, as the line was quite long. It took about 6 minutes or so, and more cashiers came to help.

Sad to say, kohls has gone downhill. I'm shopping there less and less and after my last experience maybe never again. Checking out takes a very long time. One line and hardly ever see enough people to check out. Last time was one person, 5-10 mins per person if you're lucky. Only one fitting room on one side of the store. Good luck if you're on the other side. Why can't they open the other one? Prices were a great incentive. After buying my teenage son 1 pair of pants, shoes and a shirt with discount, was $125. I always have a hard time finding the sizes available, it seems to never have complete sizes. It seems they are low on inventory. I hope they do better. I like the location.
