BEWARE if you are elderly this is absolutely not the doctor to see. This woman has absolutely no bed side manners. Dr. Dolan treated my elderly family member awful. She has been a patient of Dr. Dolans for a few years and the terrible behavior has been progressively gotten worse. There wont be anymore treatment of this kind. I will be contacting the medical board! BEWARE DO NOT SEE DR DOLAN IF YOU ARE ELDERLY!!! I consider this elder abuse and it will be reported!

I started taking my 17-year-old daughter to Dr. Dolan for depression, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. She's whip smart and empathetic without being schmaltzy. But most importantly, she's great with teenagers, who can smell insincerity and fear from a mile away. If you want to set your young person up with a doctor who'll listen to them and respect them as a whole person, Dr. Dolan is a great choice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kate Dolan for 5 years. She has given me wonderful treatment, she is very knowledgeable. She has recently moved her practice which is why I was looking for her on line. Dr. Dolan is a 5 Star Doctor!!

I went to Katie Dolan hoping for someone who would actually listen to her patients and ascertain their needs from that point. She did not listen to my concerns about my own health and was rude and combative when I suggested something different than her "plan". Her staff tried to convince me about her medical prowess while condescending me on the phone as well.I wish I would have read all of her reviews first. I would not recommend this woman to look after your health if you actually want to remain healthy. And heaven forbid you actually want to investigate things on your own instead of taking them at face value because she'll try to sound sweet while saying you have no idea what you're speaking about.

Dr Dolan is brilliant, above average clinician. She is not a hand holder, she will tell you the facts. I owe my life to this woman. Thank you Dr Dolan for being a REAL doctor.

I have been extremely sick for 2 days and knew I had the flu, so I called my doctor's office to see if they could call in a prescription for tamaflu for me. They said they dont do that, I would have to come in, and my regular doctor didnt have any openings so I had to see doctor Dolan. Fine. I will have my husband drive me and my 2 toddlers, who are all also sick but not as bad as me, to the appointment (because I am too sick to drive and we dont have a sitter). So now we have 4 people sick with the flu in their waiting room. Sounds great so far, right? Way smarter than just calling in a prescription durning the middle of flu season, right? So the nurse calls me back, takes my vitals and swabs my nose for the flu virus. Fine, whatever. Then the doctor comes in and wants to know what I "want?". Kind of weird thing to ask, but I tell her I think I have the flu and I would like tamaflu. She tells me I don't have a fever and I let her know I am taking dayquil religiously every 4 hours because I am very sick and it helps a little with the fevers. Then she asks me how long I've had symptoms. I tell her and she says that's longer than 48 hours and they dont prescribe tamaflu after 48 hours. Mind you, we are now at about 50 hours. I asked her why not, since I have read many times that tamaflu helps even if you start taking it after 48 hours. Her answer was "it makes people nauseous". Ok, I think that if that's your only concern you should let the patient make that decision. So after that conversation, Dr. Dolan says "your flu results will be done in a couple minutes". I told her I didnt see the point in waiting on the flu results because they wouldn't prescribe me medication anyway. All of the sudden she says that I might be a special case because I take steroids for an autoimmune disease that makes me more susceptible to pneumonia. At this point I'm wondering what's wrong with this woman. She goes on and on about how she wont give me tamaflu because it's been close 50 hours and it makes people nauseous, then literally her next sentence is telling me I'm a special case and I need to be on tamaflu. Anyway, she leaves for the lab results and guess what, I have Flu type A. She gets my local pharmacy phone number to send over a prescription for tamaflu and I ask her for a prescription for cough medicine. She says they dont give prescriptions for that. Fine. Can you reccomend an over the counter cough medicine? "We reccomend a teaspoon of honey". I asked her to repeat herself because I was in disbelief. She repeated "a teaspoon of honey". Listen lady, I already know you are a nut, but if you think I am getting up every 3 minutes in the night with coughing fits to eat a teaspoon of honey, not only will I not get any sleep but I will have diabetes by morning. Anyway, we head over to the pharmacy to pick up the tamaflu I had to suffer mind games at the hands of a doctor to get, and guess what. They didnt send my prescription to the pharmacy I specifically asked them too and gave them the number for. NOPE. They submitted it to my mail order pharmacy. So the kind people at the pharmacy called my doctor and told them to send over the prescription and cancel the order with the mail order pharmacy because my insurance wouldn't cover both. Cool. Except now I have to wait another half hour for my prescription. We wait a half hour, go back up, and they tell us my doctor cant seem to cancel my mail order prescription and they wont be able to do anything for me until the mail order is canceled. At this point I'm exhausted so we just leave. As we get in the car to drive home my doctor's office calls to tell me what the pharmacy people already told me, that they sent the prescription to the wrong place and they were not able to fix it and I about lost my mind. They made a huge deal about how many hours I had been sick and didnt want to give me the medication, but then realized they should, but instead of sending it where they were supp
