I’ve been shopping here for years. Javi and his wife are one of the most generous, Caring couples you can have the fortune to meet in your life. The prices are great and there’s everything you can ever want as a collector. From wall art to funko’s to figures for the serious collector it’s all here!

My teen and I have visited KD probably 7 or 8 times now and each visit has been a treat. My teen is a HUGE Hatsune Miku fan and until only a few months ago, KD was really the only place we knew of to get Miku fandom items. Granted, it's a kitsch fandom in the Eastern Sierra. Anyhow, even if KD is running low on Miku merch, we always find something we like! Our most recent visit scored us two Funko Soda blind cans for Spiderman: Across the Spiderverse which was a pleasant surprise. They also had a few new Star Wars cans but we passed on those. Previous visits have awarded us Miku figures, TokiDoki blind bags, specialty Japanese treats, a few collectors pins (I scored an Armorer pin, yay me!) and more. I find their prices to be very reasonable with their Miku items being within a $1 of the Tokyo shop in the mall. Service is always amazing. Great family owned business run by fellow geeks, freaks, and fandom folk. Make sure to visit both shops! They're different in what they stock. And a word to the wise: if you can back into a parking spot you'll have a MUCH easier time getting back on to Pyramid. KD is across from the quilting shop just a touch past in n out on the west side of the road.

Love this place!!! Only place in town to get Unicornia mystery box figurines! Helpful, friendly, personable staff who help you find exactly what you're looking for! Great punch card deal on Unicornio toki doki figurines- perfect for gifts and perfect to treat yo'self! Thank you K/D empire for being the best! Never change, keep being awesome!

Amazing shop. Be sure to check out the other shop. One shop is kawaii anime shop while the other is more Shonen anime shop. Amazing selection. Awesome husband and wife duo.

My gf and I came to check this place out due to all the great reviews. This was probably our 4th figurine store we went to that day, and it was definitely the best. They had gunpla, pop up parade, and tons more! We definitely splurged a bit much, and the Gundam wall was definitely a highlight!We are from out of town, and we will make sure we visit every time we come to Sparks. The service was excellent, the lady who took care of us was very knowledgeable about what we wanted and attended us very well! Please check this place out!

Can't believe I haven't left a review for here! This place is amazing. If you're a collector figures, funkos, blind boxes that are mainly anime based [some marvel, tmnt, video game related merchandise too] then this is the place to come. The staff is really friendly and they always have new items in the shop, so if you're curious, do a weekly check because you may miss out if you don't.

Was looking for some cool places to check out while visiting Reno and discovered this place, couldn't have been happier checking it out. Everything was really well priced and there was a good selection of figures, model kits, and little collectibles. The guy running the store was really friendly, very nice to talk to and one of the nicest shopkeeps I've met in a long time. Couldn't recommend coming here enough, definitely check it out if you're in the area.

This place is a toy collector's dream. We have shopped here for years and they always have fun blind boxes. I haven't been in since the store was expanded (I'm trying to kick a toy addiction, as space has become super limited), but their selection has always been excellent and I'm sure it's only gotten better with more space.

The very best place in the Reno area for Anime, Sci-Fi and Pop Culture collectibles and toys. Javier is awesome and if he doesn't have something in stock he'll even try to order it for you. His shop has been recently renovated and is bright, clean and full of geeky goodness!
