The food was okay. The owner's personality toward people wasn't. Guy was disrespectful to my friends when we came in, and we witnessed him being blatantly rude to a guy who was picking up an online order to go. Will not be coming back to this location. I advise people reading this to follow suit.

I went to juicys for my first time Tuesday April 16th with a group of friends. We walked in and orders our food and what we believe was the store owner or manger was very rude to another customer who came in to wash his hands before picking his food up. He then was pretty rude to one of my friends and he just seemed to have an overall really bad attitude towards everyone who came in so I won’t be going back there ever. Aside from the horrible attitude this guy had the food wasn’t up to par. The fires were a bit burnt and the burger just wasn’t very great. I will try to Reno location instead since I’ve heard good things about it.

Walked in and the owner had and attitude right off the bat. Super negative energy and disrespectful. Definitely not a place I’d return to.

The owner of this establishment is rude, obnoxious, and has poor people skills. I ordered the Hawaiian burger, did not notice any pineapple on the burger. I asked the young lady behind the register if it was supposed to be on the burger. She opened it up and agreed that there was none on there and offered to throw a slice on the grill for me.The owner then rushed over and pointed at my face and said “there’s already pineapple on there! It’s under the cheese! I ALWAYS put toppings under the cheese!”I lifted the melted cheese and sure enough, there was a thin slice of pineapple. I said thank you and apologized that I did not know that was where he “always” put his toppings as I do not frequent this establishment. The owner did not bother listening or even looking at me while I spoke. He simply walked away a frustrated and ignored anything I had to say. This arrogant, pompous, jackass could use a lesson in manners. I suspect that if he continues to treat customers this way, he will soon need a lesson in boxing.I feel sorry for the very polite young lady that was working the register next to this absolute narcissistic fool.

Burger combo is okay at best, definitely not worth the almost $20 price tag.$1.50 for (1) slice of cheese is crazyOwner/operator leaves you wanting for customer service. My burger did not come out as listed on their menu and when I brought up to the cook I was told I’m wrong and did not get any satisfaction.Could totally pass on this place, plenty of better tasting and better served burger joints around close by.

I agree with most of the other reviewers here. I only write a review when something is really good or really bad... this one was bad. I went there today for lunch. I have never been there before, but it was recommended by a coworker. It was pretty dead inside. (Maybe an indicator). I ordered cheeseburger, fries and a coke. Tried to make a little small talk with the owner/cook, but he seemed like he was having a bad day... not really friendly. Well, he started to hand me a plastic cup, and I asked if i could get a Styrofoam to-go cup. He said " you're eating here you get a plastic one"... okay...??So I ate. The cheeseburger was decent, the fries not so great... overcooked and hard. I finished and again asked if I could have a to-go cup to take the rest of my soda. He said nope, not unless I want to pay another three dollars. I asked why, and first he just said "it's my policy" I again asked why and he said he's "losing money giving away cups or people taking too many refills"... and while he included "sir" with every sentence (as I did when I asked the questions), he was practically yelling at me to leave (shoeing me out and yelling "thank you and have a nice day") If he was someone's employee I was have asked for a manager. Losing money on a three-dollar soda with a five-cent cup or a 5- cent refill (soda machine with syrup and CO2) ... come on. And rude to compound it all. Well, I won't be going back or taking my coworkers, or friends, or recommending it to any strangers. You can get better food at Scoopers around the corner.... cheaper, and with a friendly smile.

Really unfortunate that I even need to post this review, I went to Juicy's on Wells for years and have always highly recommended it.This was my first time going to try this location. We walked in and asked if it would be okay if we used the restroom and then order and the girl at the register said no we Then proceeded to order and she said you don't have to eat here and we were like ,what? We know that and we're proceeding to do as she asked and order first when she followed up with you're being rude, I said I'm not sure what you're talking about I didn't even say anything and then my husband said let's go because that was completely uncalled for. It's really unnecessary to treat people like this and she clearly didn't want us as customers, which is fine we will take our business elsewhere. I am very disappointed. I understand the policy and why some businesses need to institute such policies, I don't understand why she was so rude and tried to say I was rude when we literally were doing as she asked. ?♀️

Horrible horrible horrible. The guy in the front named Rocko seems like an addict coming down off of a bad high. He was extremely rude and aggressive. I have a pregnant wife at home and was simply there to enjoy what I thought would be a great place. I enjoyed the location on Wells. Great people always super friendly with a great playlist in the background. This location in Glendale? I’ll never return. He became so aggressive that I thought he was going to become violent. My order was completely wrong, the bun was broken in half and he even made racial references to being Italian. The absolute worse experience that I have ever had at a food establishment worldwide. This place does not deserve to thrive. At all. Trash service. REPLACE ROCKO AND THIS PLACE WOULD BE GREAT BECAUSE ITS A STAPLE NAME. Wells was a fantastic location and everyone knows about JUICYS…but ROCKO is the type that will ruin that legacy. Learn how to treat people!

Rokko, working on 02/08/24 at approximately 12:45pm is the rudest person I’ve met. I’ve been a long time supporter of Juicys (Wells Location). This was my first time at this location. The man was extremely rude from the moment that I started my order. He also started fussing with a young lady that had started cooking my meals ordered. I asked him if he had American cheese, his response was “I don’t use that it’s fake.” While ordering my meal he cut me off every other word. I asked him if he was having a bad day and his response was “you must haven’t been around many Italians”. Poor customer service. I am a known entertainer and will be making sure to spread the word to not support this establishment. A Caucasian customer said bye as he was leaving and the cashiers entire attitude changed and was extremely friendly. I have no other way to feel besides the fact that maybe his attitude was horrible because of my skin color. COMPLETE A-HOLE AND I WILL BE CALLING THE CITY TOINVESTIGATE.Update: called to complain and found out that the guy is the owner. What a SHAME…and while he was busy being rude, he messed up on my entire orders. Photos attached. I asked for Mayo and mustard, had to add that myself when I got home. Bun was also torn in half. HORRIBLE LOCATION AND IF HE IS THE OWNER THEN IM SURE THIS LOCATION MAY CLOSE AS WELL.

Owner name Rocco actual yelled @ me today when I asked for my drink to be in a styrofoam cup and he yelled those are only for “to go customers”. Unprofessional and rude. We will never be back to this Juicy’s location. We would have gone to Carolina’s if it hadn’t been Monday.

Food was average. What surprised me the most was the owners attitude and how rude he was. I had brung in a energy drink he became so unhinged about it borderline yelling at me for not reading sign on door (that states no outside food or drinks including bottled water. Read it on way out) I believed maybe he thought it was alcohol so I proceeded to try and explain it wasn't alcohol. He got even more fired about it and he raises his voice a bit more. Stating that he sells food and drinks for a living. I can kind of understand his view but the way he went about it is unbelievably rude and has lost me as a customer. I tried to give guy benefit of the doubt of him possibly having a bad day. But after reading other people's reviews can confirm it's 100% true. The young lady that works there is great extremely calm and composed. I can't recommend anyone going to this location id say head down to McCarran and longley location where you're treated with respect. This place used to be great when the old couple used to own it.

The food was horrible compared to the other juices on Wells that used to be there, I feel like they're just pre-made Frozen patties. the owner is rude , my wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch and when the owner realized we were sharing a drink he told us we could not get any refills. Also the ventilation is horrible the whole time they were cooking the whole place was filled with smoke.
