This is my go to place for any time I need anything for braiding my hair! They have a beautiful variety of colors and lengths extensions, wigs, and more! I even live across town but the trip is worth it every time??

Always have a lot of variety to choose from. The couple that owns/works in the store are always very helpful and friendly. Only difficulty I’ve ever had is in asking to be notified when a particular product I was searching for had come in. I asked to hold a certain quantity of an anticipated shipment and would come in and purchase once notified. Never did receive notification. Aside from that, no other complaints

Did NOT have much of anything needed...ex: hair weave,27 pieces,duby hair or even a variety of frontals!!!! Plenty of braid hair but u can just about get braid hair anywhere...sad

I spent well over $400 in a weeks time. I was told that any returns would only be reimbursed by a merchandise credit. Not the best policy, however I narrowed my options down to two items for my stylist to choose the best to install and was going to simply return the option we didn't use. The woman assured me this was fine by them. Not rocket science... I would Just bring back the hair not chosen for a store credit. This is where reason left the building... When I arrived to return the hair not chosen, they examined the hair the same hair that had been opened by the woman in the store for me to feel and again opened from the wrong side of the box ( Yes, I'm serious) for my stylist to feel as well. The fastener ( cheap twisty tie you find on bread) was missing from the very top that adheres the hair to the box. For this reason they adamantly refused the hair. Acted as if I were returning a product that had been compromised in some way. Nothing was done other than feel the texture so a decision could be made. Then it was placed back in the box never to be touched again. They acted as if I was trying to return something that was compromised. The man was raising his voice as if talking louder would communicate something that made sense. I explained exactly what happened and logically tried to understand the absolute bait and switch that was playing out. It was useless. They when indignant and staunch. It was unfathomable. As a small business owner I am still dumbfounded by the complete disregard for customer care. It was blatant that the care is for money and the money only. It is a shame. Refusing to reach a reasonable solution in reguards to an $80 item has now cost them literally thousands by a would be loyal customer and the good word of mouth from within the small business community. It's possible to bend and not break. I encourage others to think outside the box be creative brainstorm together find solutions that enable people to work together in a mutually beneficial way. This mentality is lost on Reno. At least this has been my experience thus far here and I have traveled extensively. I am hoping time reveals a more evolved, enlightened mentality for without growth the future looks pretty dim.

Overwhelming slightly, only because I usually grab from Sally's Beauty Supply and it certainly over does Sally's for variety. I was referred over here because I was picking up some hair for braiding and will certainly be back. They have a wonderful selection of hair care, accessories, extensions, ect ect ect. I did have to ask the front desk for some help and they gave it. Overall really liked it, and will be back for more products.

Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this place! It’s a bay area style store here in northern Nevada, we need that. Great prices, nice and knowledgeable staff couldn’t ask for anything else! Except maybe delivery and online purchasing?
