What an absolute joke this store is. Today I went in here for the second time, and I was lucky enough to get Tina again, as a "Customer Service Rep." This could not be further from the truth. I asked for a roll of nicotine products. Tina promptly rung me up and handed me my product. When I was about to leave, I looked up. Just over Tina's shoulder was a sign for a promotion on the same product I just purchased. I asked her about it, and she said that was an applicable promo only if I used my Jackson "Let's Go" card. I was frustrated. Tina never mentioned this. I said, well I would like that promotion to be applied to my purchase and she said that it was too late. She then proceeds to berate me with the worst attitude, telling me that I should have told her I wanted this promotion and that it was my fault. I told her that I wasn't the employee of Jacksons and that I would demand that she return the item and apply the promotion. She then tells me, because she doesn't want to deal with me she will go ahead and refund the purchase and reapply. Needless to say this was a very unpleasant interaction, full of attitude and blame towards myself, the customer. On my way out, I asked the cashier next to her (young girl) who Tina's manager was. She rolled her eyes at me and said she was the manager. She never interjected or tried to diffuse the situation, she should most definitely not be a manager. I am starting to think I am the only one who still believes in customer service. It's a forgone concept in most of my interactions nowadays. Now, what I didn't tell you. I bought my house in the area about 7 years ago. I have always gone to Dad's on Sparks Blvd to purchase my nicotine products. Recently, their prices have skyrocketed. I was drawn to Jacksons because of their promotions. I will gladly pay the inflated costs at Dad's from now on. On two separate interactions with Tina, I have had the same awful customer service. She should not be working with the public. If she's having a bad day fine, but two separate interactions? I will never return to Jacksons and I will tell my household never to frequent this place.

One star is a generous review. Customer service is terrible at best, depending on the shift. Go to 7-11 across the way and save yourself some trouble.

Horrible customer service here. Very rude and the short heavyset lady thinks she owns the store, very nasty. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Never going here again, waited in line for 20 minutes and ended up leaving without purchasing anything. There was 20 or more people waiting in line with one checker. I've received terrible service here multiple times and will go out of my way to never go here again.
